My hunger for pizza continues! I was hesitant to order from this place and it turned out to be for good reason. Festa seems like a clone of "Little Clown Pizza" down to giving you "Festa Bucks with every order . With Little Clown Pizza the food was pretty bland which was odd because it looked amazing and Festa is no different. I ordered a medium supreme pizza along with a beef & sausage combo. Both looked amazing, but didn't really have a smell which sent off my alarms for ”BLAND FOOD INCOMING!" After trying out both I knew it was going to be hard to keep eating since I might as well have been eating cardboard. The best thing was the sausage and bread of the combo as the sausage actually was seasoned. Price wise things were ok, the pizza itself was definitely overpriced for what was offered. Overall, I'm going to have to pass on this one. Just about everything is a bland, tasteless mess that makes you wonder why you just paid so much money for cardboard. 3/5 stars

I ordered off UberEats one day and been one of my favorites ever since. To me their sauce is what makes them stand out from other places in the area. When I order I ask for as thin as possible haha. Hoping they add it to the menu soon. Give them a try, ask for extra thin. You won’t be disappointed in that flavor

Worst pizza ever! We ordered a thin crust pizza. The pizza was thick, saggy and not well cooked. There almost was no sausage in the pizza and took forever to do. The worst ever!

So the reason why I'm giving them a one in-service and the one star in atmosphere. Let me just start by saying I've been going to this pizza restaurant for years. I love their pizza. This is my local pizza restaurant. My kids have been eating this since grammar school and they are adults now. June 28th it was raining outside. I walked into the restaurant. The rug was not by the front door. It was about 3 feet away as soon as I stepped in I slipped on some water and hurt my big toe really really bad I screamed and fought back tears . I could barely walk . The cashier there ask the other cashier to take care of her. She says the floor is wet. Let me go check. She patted the floor with her foot and then proceeded to put a wet floor sign at the door. The other lady that was still behind the counter charge me for my food. They stood silent. I wanted to get home. They charge me for my Pizza. They didn't try to accommodate me. There wasn't any apologetic feedback from the two female employees there . Another employee I'm assuming or someone that they knew sat in the chair in the restaurant area speaking back-and-forth to them. I don't know what he was saying. I don't know if they thought I was pretending fast-forward went to Northwestern and my toe is broken. Everybody said I should have sued them. I feel like maybe that would have been the right thing to do since they didn't show me any kind of sympathy or concern she put that wet floor sign there and went back to work . They did not even get a mop to mop the water. I tried my best to be a good person. I considered the small establishment but now I feel like I know the severity of my injury. They should treat me with more like sympathy not just I'm sorry about that. Not even don't worry about your pizza it's on us. Don't worry about !! So its lesson learned sometimes being too nice you get the short end of the stick, I had to take a few weeks off of work as well. They have my receipt with my address and phone number. Nobody even attempt to call me . Fiesta Pizza teach your employees to be more kind when somebody hurts themselves in your establishment. There should be a video with her putting the wet floor sign there n THATS IT!! And the rug was not by the door as soon as you walk in. I hope management reads this and benefit from my review!!!

UPDATE/ Armando was nice to me I called to place an order and he was very attentive and concerned about what happened to me. he gave me my food order for free. All I had to do is pay delivery, which is fine at least he acknowledge me and apologize for the situation and that's all I ever wanted. Thank...

I have been in Logan Square for 13 years and have been ordered from Festa for years. Well from this point on I’m done with Festa pizza. The people that take ordered over the phone don’t listen very well and there pizza delivery drivers don’t listen at all as well. Last time I placed a order and I gave the pizza delivery a $4.50 tip he looked like he wasn’t happy and said something under his breathe. Thanks to the delivery driver and people that take the orders over hr phone ! Festa Pizza just lost another customer. Good...
