A Must-Try for Great Food and Even Better Service

Grillicious has easily become one of our go-to spots for amazing food. They offer a mix of international flavors with local favorites, and everything we’ve tried has been top-tier. Their portions are generous, and the quality is always on point. Personally, I’m obsessed with their grilled chicken salad—it’s always fresh, packed with perfectly cooked chicken, and bursting with flavor.

Beyond the food, what really sets Grillicious apart is their outstanding customer service. One night, we placed an order over the phone, but the confirmation didn’t go through even though the payment did. Naturally, we were worried—not only were we starving, but now it looked like we weren’t getting our food or our money back. When I called the restaurant, the woman on the other end apologized, explaining that the register had already stopped for the night. She then guided us through what to do to try and get our refund. When that didn’t work, we figured we were out of luck—but then, out of nowhere, she called us back to let us know she was able to refund our money. She didn’t have to do that, but she went the extra mile, and that’s something we’ll never forget.

Grillicious opened up less than two weeks ago and already it’s becoming a neighborhood favorite. Many of their offerings are made fresh in house, such as their fries, their burgers, and their chicken. It’s very noticeable as they were all very juicy and flavorful, not frozen.

I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich, and the Glazed Burger. These hefty options are heaping with toppings and sauce, so grab some napkins, roll up your sleeves, and don’t mind the mess. I found both items to be loaded with delicious flavors that aren’t common in other places that serve similar style foods.

There are also many Mediterranean options that I’ll need to come back and try. The portions are large, the food is flavorful, and the stomach is full. It’s a newer store so I think they are still in the process of decorating the inside, but it’s clean and well lit.

If Grillicious is going to be as popular as I think it will, they will need a bigger parking lot. There is parking available but you may need to find street parking if there is a mealtime rush. The food and service is well worth the wait. 5 stars for some of the best grilled food I’ve had in...
