Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

First off this is about a POPEYES CHICKEN the one on Belmont about there poor customer service on November 10 my Wife and I went there to get the holiday feast along with a gallon of the sweet tea. On the package for the gallon states that we could get sweet tea along with lemonade the manager got snotty with us about it because we asked if we could have lemonade along with one sweet tea. Got home started eating and some of the chicken was blood red raw and I call the store and the manager said to come in to get our meal replaced so my wife went with out me so she didn't have to push me in the wheel chair the manager got snotty with her and asked where the raw chicken was she told them that she throw them out and called me because she was having problems again the manager told her all your getting is the chicken now and never come back to this store the girls picking the chicken was whispering about her and said that they were going to put in spicy and she kept telling them no spicy chicken because of husband health conditions. When my wife got home I bit into a chicken leg and it was spicy. I ended up having to take a nitro pill. I called the corporate office right away and they stated that they just take the complaints and forward it to upper management i have called since November 11 and as of today December 6 nothing has been resolved about this. I feel that out of consideration for the customers they would respond but i guess they dont care about...

I just had the worst experience here. Around 7:35pm, Tuesday, March 23rd. My Dr. Pepper was flat, and watered down. It was also Luke warm on the bottom, with ice floating on top. There was no carbonation at all in my drink. My classic chicken sandwich was absolutely drown in an unnecessary amount of mayonnaise, and the bun was completely saturated with grease. My fries even tasted suspect, but probably the most normal tasting part of the meal. I tossed my drink after one sip, and spit it out. Then I literally took the chicken breast out of the saturated buns and peeled off the over abundance of fried coating and only ate the actual meat from the sandwich. I also ended up throwing away the rest of my fries because I wasn’t sure whether or not to expect food poisoning. I’m being dramatic because I have eaten at this location before and never had a problem!! First of all, I did not give the staff a hard time. I ordered my meal in less than 5 seconds without indecisiveness. What is going on with the staff?? I will never eat at this Popeyes again. I think I am...

Unfortunately after placing my order through the drive-thru I was told to park and wait for my order it was being made fresh. When the girl brought me my food I asked her is all my food in there? She said oh yeah. When I got home my chicken wasn't there! Everyone else's order was there along with mashed potatoes and coleslaw and biscuits. So I called the manager he said come tomorrow you get free chicken. It wouldn't be free cuz I had already spent $30! So nothing would be for free cuz I've already paid for it. I told him I'm coming in right now. When I got there he apologized. I asked him could you please give me an order of mashed potatoes with gravy on the house since by the time I get back to my house it will be cold? He said yes and gave me a large mashed potatoes with gravy and an extra six buns. That was a nice gesture but I wish I didn't have to go back for my chicken. I will still go back to that Popeye's Chicken but I will check the bag...
