Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The first time I came to this establishment was two weeks ago. There was only 1 car In front of me, I order a very simple meal a hard shell taco and a chalupa, and 25 minutes later I received my order. There were only 2 employees on-site. The young female cashier and the young man in the kitchen. I give them credit for coming to work, but they need to be trained to be more efficient.

I decided to give this Taco Bell another chance and they have failed once again. This time I walked into the establishment with my neighbor. We literally live less than 5 minutes away and we decided to support this establishment once again. I work in the technology sector and I hate ordering through the kiosk because it helps eliminate jobs. I waited for over 5 minutes to place my order with the young woman taking the orders over the drive-thru and unfortunately I was not attended to. I placed the order through the kiosk. 20 minutes later an employee came up to me and told me their fryer broke down and could not make a chalupa because they couldn’t fry anything. So I asked for a refund and 10 minutes later they gave me my food. A chicken quesadilla and a few tacos. My neighbor and I waited another 15 minutes for his order and it was half right. The worst part of this experience was when I asked for a refund. The manager an older woman in her 40’s emerged from the back and asked who wanted a refund. I told her I did and she was either high or under the influence. The cooks were confused and couldn’t get the orders out fast enough. The employees in the back looked overwhelmed and fed up with their peers. Please close this place down and replace it with a Chik-Fil-A. Rest assured I will not be coming back. I come here everyday for my lunch break. I have come in and asked to be buzzed into the bathroom on several occasions and the same girl says it’s for paying customers only. We get into a dispute over this everyday. If I catch the bus from my relief point everyday, common sense should tell you that I’m going to order something after I come out of the bathroom. I wouldn’t have a issue with purchasing something first if they didn’t see me everyday. On 4/22/2024I almost used the bathroom on my self dealing with this foolishness. Sometimes this is my first bathroom break of the day and I have held it for several hours. The fact that I’m in my uniform I should have been extended some kind of courtesy. They get almost $20 from me sometimes. Especially when my husband comes in with me. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in this location. They are very slow with service as well and I have been given the wrong order on more than one occasion. I only come here because of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and it is one of the more quiet and less expensive options to eat on this route. Not all the employees are terrible. We went here this evening to get some food. Now usually we go early because the service they provide is great. We ended up ordering two crave boxes and two crunchy tacos. They decided to mash it together in one bag. I had to ask the person putting my order in separate bags because apparently they ran out the boxes they put it in. Which is fine. My concern ended being they just threw it any which way and the chips ended up falling out of the little bag they put it in. Second mind you we stay 2 minutes away from where they are located so I couldn't understand why our food was cold. I had to end up asking for a cup holder. And they ended up having an attitude.

If you go there, go there during the day. Their service is better. Don't know what is going on with the evening shift. But please remember we are paying for our food and expect...
