DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. I am horrified to even have to relive my experience here. After a brief drive around, we decided to use the valet. We pulled up to the sign that said "Valet Stop Here" and a man walked up and asked what we wanted. When we said we were eating dinner there he pointed to the gravel lot and said "$15 to park here" and walked away from our car. This is a new form of valet I've never seen before. When we got to the host stand to check in for our reservation they attempted to first seat us in a very dark, interior corner of the restaurant. Due to Covid, and also because we were hoping for a good view, I inquired about the rooftop. The hostess said "Um well it rained like an hour ago so its closed, but we open back up later" to which I responded that we would love to be seated out by the river on the first floor in the meantime and then would love to have a drink on the rooftop after our dinner. The hostess said that would be fine. We were seated and attempted to order two Victorias. The waitress said they "didn't have any of those delivered today" and listed off four or five beers average beers to choose from. We had the shrimp ceviche and the lobster empanadas. Ceviche was mediocre, the empanadas not worth the calories. Upon paying our overpriced bill, I stated that we would like to move up to the roof for another drink per my conversation with the hostess earlier. The waitress told us she needed to check to see if it was open. She returned and let us know that it was open but they were doing a "minimum spend per table" up there. I was shocked be told we had a minimum spend since we had just eaten dinner, but I asked how much the minimum was. The waitress told us they "aren't even doing two top tables, only four tops, and the minimum spend for a four top is $250." AFTER WE HAD ALREADY EATEN. THE PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. Needless to say, we left and will never return, and I will make sure none of my family or friends do. I gave this place a chance based on the fact that I am familiar with an artist that did a new mural inside and also because I knew the view from the rooftop would make for a nice summer evening view. I was severely mistaken in making reservations...
Read moreSo I’m a regular customer here and I usually order from here 2 to 3 times a month on the weekends. I decided to take my girlfriend and I to dine in since we hadn’t been out to eat since the COVID shutdown began. We ordered a regular food and had about 8 drinks total. The last drink we ordered was probably about 90% vodka and tasted absolutely terrible. Since My girlfriend speaks Spanish she offered to ask for the bartender to fix the drink for us. After about 10 minutes went by she came back upset about how she was treated. The bartender refused to acknowledge the drink was bad. My girlfriend had to pull teeth to get her to remake the cocktail only with help from the supervising manager. At this point we had spent about $100 on food and drink so I could not understand why the bartender was being so unpleasant/rude about a drink and let her ego take over. To sum it up, I would suggest taking out from here because the food is good, however the manager and bartender have very little customer service, any other establishment would fix...
Read moreThe hosts and bartender were very rude on our visit. My gf and I entered and they asked for a name, my gf said “we don’t have a reservation.” and the hostess replied, “so you don’t have a name?” , whatever we brushed it off.. we asked to be seated outside and they said they had reservations coming in soon, okay fine. But why not at least accommodate to good seating, they sat us at the end of the restaurant by the restrooms. So we asked to be seated by the bar instead. We sat at the bar and never were we asked if we were okay or if we needed anything. Our bill came out to be $225 for two entrees and a margarita tree.. you would think the service would be excellent with prices like that, but unfortunately it wasn’t at all. Not worth the experience, save your money people.. and not to mention the margaritas tasted like opened...
