I really wanted to like this place because I live so close. And the food WAS really good, the service too. However, the place is VERY dirty. My menu was sticky and had soy sauce on it (we were the first customers of the day) the table was sticky, and the worst happened when I got down to the bottom of my tea cup and realized it was crusty with some white film at the bottom which I accidentally drank some of. Immediately ruined my appetite and at that point I wanted to leave. How hard is it to properly wash a tea cup?? Also the music was obnoxious. It was all Tik Tok songs blasting at full volume. Why? I recently dined at Haru Sushi and it was an exceptional experience! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a modern touch that made it feel both upscale and comfortable. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! This place is incredible, from the food, to the service, and the ambiance, absolutely amazing! I travel from New York just to come eat their sushi. As we entered Haru, we were greeted very delightful! The server was very attentive and made sure to provide me with descriptions of each sushi. She described in detail about all the special rolls they had on their menu. My favorite is the Logan! I cannot express how delicious their miso soup is as well!
