Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

We had recently started going back to this store after staying away for about 4 years over them refusing to honor an online coupon when their online order system wasn't working. Yesterday, I ordered a large Cubano. Drive to pick it up. Paid $17.49 for a sandwich that was missing pickle and mustard as the menu states it should have. When I called to complain, I was told to "just bring it back." When some hack in a restaurant tells you that, it always sounds easy. The problem I have with that is I already did my part. I drove to the restaurant, paid for my order, came home, sat down to eat it and it is not made the way you agreed to make it. This clown, I think he said his name was Earl, says let me put you on hold for a minute. Two minutes later, a woman picks up and tells me she'll be right back to take my order. I say wait, what happened to Earl and she tells me he's making sandwiches. Earl, the inconsiderate dolt he is, was hoping I'd hang up! I hear him yelling in the background. No, he won't come back on the phone; she's to give me a credit. At that point, nothing else is said and the phone goes dead. She hung up on me! There's a reason this place has 3.8 stars. And that my friends is the reason they are never going to see a dime...

AVOID this Jimmy till they get their attitudes in check, called to tell them about a mistake they've been frequently doing just for it to be called a small issue by their staff and given a sarcastic attitude, oh yes you guess it, some of the staff are people who cant man up that they've been making a mistake yikes, not to mention they just try to credit you money to "fix" their mistakes. Crediting me your franchise owners money doesnt fix or teach you how to fix mistakes you constantly do. But if you do go there, hope its this one manager which is a guy with glasses and hes absolutely the best. Took care of me when I called one time about the same issue and he was an absolute professional telling me how he would relay it to the staff and try his best to check the orders before they go out. I feel bad hes working in an atmosphere like that.
