I went there between 8am and 9am was standing there to make my order an some one else came in an finally this old Hispanic guy came from the back, he didn't ask who was first he just started taking this guy order that just came in, so I told him I was first an I had been standing there for 5min,so he told me aggressively that I was suppose to order where he was but the door, so I ask him where is the sign so people would know where to place your order, so again he had a very bad attitude an ask me what do I want, so I wanted to walk out an just called the Corporation on Monday or find who is the Regional Manager to tell him about this guy, because no body should have to go to a Restaurant to spend there money an expect to enjoy there meal after dealing with an employee at Burger king with a Nasty attitude......If you r not happy there don't take it out on nobody else " get to stepping partner " give one these younggins in high school a chance to make some money...

Read moreSo I ordered 2 shakes through the app. I pull up, and the employee tells me the shake machine is not working. He said I need to go through the app to get a refund. No other product or service was given to replace the shakes. I contacted the app. They email that they can not give a refund but can only give me 1000 BK points to use on my next order. That is barely enough to get 1 of my shakes I paid for. Now they are ghosting me. Read the emails in the pics. Don't use the app whatsoever. It is a scam to cheat you. They charge you for food, don't give it to you, and then over you half of the BK points needed to replace your purchase. I will be reporting this to the Consumer Fraud Department.
