Nice folks running the shop. Helpful and informative when inquiring about their food offerings and preparation. I feel as though their preparation is specific to the store owners origins.

Portions are large with enough leftover to provide for an additional meal if you portion.

I wanted to check them out due to local opinions. Had heard they had al pastor on the spit with pineapple (trompo style as seen in photos on Google, see neon) This may be how they started but is no longer how it's prepared. I was told they can mix pineapple with al pastor on the grill. I found the meats included in tacos and burritos to be overcooked for my tastes. Salchipapa was something different to try. My husband and I LOVE this place! The food is delicious - everything we've tried has been on point. The aioli sauce on the chicken tacos is EVERYTHING. I've also tried the salchipapas (so good) and the elote (also fire). The chicken fajitas, the rice, the beans - we haven't tried something from here that we didn't like!
