Typically, I wouldn't have a problem with this McDonald's, but I find it highly suspect that I couldn't leave the review through the site that I ORDERED from when they messed up.
Things started off fine, ordered through UberEats, told me the estimated time, things were fine. Then, it said it was being packaged I got the alert that the driver was on the way to pick up the meal.
ONLY! The poor driver was sitting them for a bit and they DIDN'T get the food because this place lied and it went because to the "preparing meal" step of the app. So, there goes another 20 minute estimate of when the food would arrive.
So, here comes driver number two, they got the food, dropped it off and when I went to leave my rating for both the driver AND the restaurant. All the sudden, an "error" occurred. So, I waited, while my brother was making sure everything was sanitized, I could was able to get to rate the service, but only for the driver. They deserved the tip and then some and I WISH I could tip the previous driver for the nonsense they had to go through on behalf of this company.
So, after rating the driver, we're giving the food out at this point. We had a simple order of just two burgers, nuggets, fries, frozen drinks and apple juice.
Only... Everything was a mess. Nothing was "well-packed" like people usually leave a rating of on UberEats for this location, it was just thrown about in the bag and the burgers were a haphazard mess, the drinks were nothing more than liquidified (I know for a fact that when coming from this place, things are only SLIGHTLY melted by the time we get to the house from this location, which indicates, that during the additional 20 minutes that they added on for the estimated time to prepare the meal again, they melted) and they forgot my brother's apple juice! So, I was charged for an item we never received, melted drinks and cold food PERIOD at this point.

I placed a mobile order upon arrival I gave them the code and they said they are not accepting mobile orders and I told them well I placed a mobile order I have a code my card was charged and they said if order not marked picked up they will refund me . it was pouring rain so I pulled to the window and the manager told me do you not know what the system down is ? And I said yes but that's not my fault system is down you should still be able to honor the 20 percent discount that I was going to be able to receive through mobile order if ur the manager . Read moreInteresting that many people give the ratings with low stars. Especially when they only experienced it for the very first time about complaints about their food. It is a different story when they got their order wrong a whole lot of times or if the food was cold. They try to get everyone's order right and fresh for everyone. Many people inside the lobby who are waiting for their food have no patience and become angry when someone who got their food before them. Some food do take time to make especially for a quarter pounder.
In the Drive-Thru, it can be a pain for crew members when some customers say "yes" to their wrong order because they have to figure out the difference how much they owe or give back money back.
Overall, their food quality are in fact good and inside the store is very clean (especially the public bathroom). And the people who are working there are nice and friendly with everyone.
