McDonald's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Hey his McDonald’s is horrible. The employees do not know what to do and can’t really understand the customers unless your speaking Spanish. The McDonald’s is under construction at this time and the drive waiting lanes have wooden pallets sitting on them. I placed my order and was told to wait it spot #1 that was covered in wooden pallets. I asked the employee how was I going to park in that space because of the pallets and she just kept saying park in space one. Then the food was made and the employee at the drive thru window gave my food to another customer and then it was passed out thru the customers car to another employee. The employee took the food and handed it to several customers before bringing it to me. I told her I didn’t want the food because it was as passed around. The manager comes out to my car with the same bag of food and says it’s okay only a couple of people touched it. I told her I didn’t want it so she slammed it into the garbage And swore. She said she would give me a refund. When she came back out she didn’t have the correct refund amount. So she had to come out again with the remainder of the money owed to me. The manager had a nasty attitude and I told her she was not professional and that I will be contacting corporate. Never going to this...

A lot of the times they dont pay attention to the people placing the orders and sometimes either forget something or get the order wrong. So always check your food before leaving. Even ordering through uber theyve managed to get orders wrong. My uber drivers have tried to correct them but they insist theyre wrong and I get a wrong order. They need to get rid of their pride and correct themselves when they make a mistake. Fighting with me because they missed an item is not something that I have to go through.

7-1-2018 My girlfriend ordered a bunch of food and ordered 3 sugars and 3 honeys by kiosk. The kiosk didnt charge her. The MANAGER had the nerve to question my girlfriend on why she needed three honeys and what she was going to do with them. Then she proceeded to charge 28 cents for each honey packet. THATS DISRESPECTFUL. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO ASK WHAT WERE DOING WITH THE HONEY? This is the worst this mc donalds has been. I went through the drive thru they told me to park and wait for the order. Which I did mind you I was with my 2 year old who was sick at the time . 30 min past everyone who was waiting left I decided to call the store and ask what is going on the “manager” if you can call that a manager answered the phone I explained that it’s been 30 min I been waiting on my food my son is sick and didn’t wanna take him out the car, asked if my ordered was handed out by accident . She then responded with “are you kidding me , you are kidding me” hung up the call. I called again asked for my refund and she hung up on me again. I have been a manager for the past 5 years I used to be a manager at dominos and currently I’m a manager at cricket I get it it could be stressful but we should never treat others with disrespect, never have I ever experienced such disrespect.
