i used to like this place, but the employees don’t seem like they know what they’re doing. today i came in and wanted a cookie monster shake and the man behind the counter said he didn’t know how to make it… how do you work here and not know how to make it? and then i asked for the cappuccino blast and he looked confused as well. i just don’t understand lol. plus it always takes forever just to place an order....

To summarize my experience at Mike Ice cream would be Great, Great, and Great!! The customer service is superb the ladies make me feel welcomed always although that new hire doesn't give good vibes still enjoy coming to Mikes! My favorite treat has always been Banana pudding although there are many excellent different flavors. Always make sure to stop by Mikes and say guacamole!! for their secret...
