O'Hare Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I have been eating at this restaurant for about 4 now as I travel month to month for various work assignments. Today was the worst experience I've ever had here and I will not be back. My waitress which I believe name was Denisha or something that starts with a D. I sat myself as I waited about 15 minutes before I was ever even greeted and it was not that busy today. 4 people sat all around me and were greeted and served. After witnessing all of this as she walked past me for the 10th time I stated "excuse me can I get some service please" she had a menu and said here's a menu and walked away. 10 minutes later she finally walks up to me and says are you ready to order. By this time I had already got up and went to the bar to see if I could place an order and was told the waiters are the only ones who can take my order. I sat back down and that's when she came. So she stated are you ready to order and I replied "I've been ready to order " she stated well you were on your phone and I don't walk up to tables when people are on the phone. I replied well the professional thing to do would have been to ask if I was ready to order and I would of handled myself accordingly. She replied well I don't care. I was on a business phone call delegating roles to my workers. I know how to put my phone down to order my food and then return back to the call afterwards. I don't see any signs on this restaurant that says if you have a phone up to your ear service is refused to you. I asked to speak to a manager and he was just as rude His name was ROGER. I began to explain to him what the issue was and he interjected by asking me ok can you get to the bottom of it. Very rude .I said excuse me. And continued my story and he walked away. I feel as if I was discriminated against and treated unfairly and I will be taking this to the next level. They should not be in a customer service business and allowed to treat...

I’m not usually one to write reviews, good or bad. But the absolutely abysmal service at this sad excuse for a restaurant really inspired me to express my opinion of the place.

The service was slow, to say the least. They said that the kitchen was backed up, but really, the place was barely half full. The waiters and waitresses wander aimlessly around the floor, not even trying to be quick about delivering your food. And this becomes problematic when they finally do deliver your food and it’s gone cold. This is because it’s been sitting out on the kitchen counter waiting for the servers to come get it for 20 minutes or more.

Our waitress forgot half of our orders, and we had to wait 45 minutes until she delivered the other half, then had to ask again and wait another 45 minutes. At least the second time the food was semi-warm. The bill was massive for the service and food we got, and was definitely not worth it.

All in all, an absolute garbage experience. I would never go again and would never recommend this place to anyone. You couldn’t pay me to go to this place again. It’s a shame Google doesn’t allow zero star reviews, because this would be...

We were there Saturday night 2/17/18. We were told to sit down anywhere. The polish waitress that eventually came over just stood there. I said I wanted a water and she sighed. I had been traveling all day and was thirsty for WATER! She stared for another few seconds, turned around and started wrapping silverware. An elderly gentleman asked her where the restroom was and she said down the hall. He asked her what she said and she said "Go and get away from here, you are in the way!". There was no one around!!
