Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I went there to get the featured item of the month which was the rolled chicken wrapped and the employee told me that they were out of them, so then I tried ordering a Mountain Dew freeze e and they told me that the machine was broke I asked for something else on the menu and they said they didn't have it. I'm pretty sure the only people that are saying that this is a good place to eat is that employees because they were all rude and they were all just standing around when I asked for the chicken wraps. Worst place to go they need to train everyone again or get people that actually care about having a job. Or the manager on duty should be keeping their employees and check I'm keeping an eye on them when they're dealing with customers. I went to the Franklin Park one and they have the freezies and they also had the chicken wraps they didn't tell me no such thing about them being out of it because I know they are a big company not a small business so there's no reason for them to be...

I visited Taco Bell expecting a quick, satisfying meal, only to leave completely disenchanted. I ordered three Chicken Taco Supremes and was shocked when the bill came to $14.59. For that steep price, I expected a fulfilling experience with generous amounts of chicken and toppings. However, what I received was the exact opposite.

The tacos were embarrassingly scant on the inside—each had a minimal amount of chicken and very skimpy toppings. As if that wasn't enough, even the tortilla didn't taste fully heated, adding another layer of disappointment to the meal. It's hard to emphasize just how let down I felt; at $14.59, this wasn't just a dent in my wallet, but a blow to my expectations.

Tonight at 1:08 AM after a long flight my husband and I stopped at this Taco Bell location. We ordered $22 worth of food including a quesadilla, Crunchwrap, burrito, crunchy taco with a side of sour cream…. We got home and discovered two burritos which you can see in the picture and some potato’s covered in sour cream. Honestly I completely understand food packing errors as I worked in the food industry previously. The reason I decided to post the review was to point out that when my husband called the GENTLEMAN who was using the register under Esmeralda B stated my husband was lying and there’s no way his order was incorrect. All we wanted was to confirm he could refund us as the order we received was no where near the cost that we paid. He asked us to come back the 20 min to replace the order.
