Herbie's Bar — Restaurant in Jefferson

Absolutely one of the worst bar experiences I’ve ever had. The bartender, Cierra, was shockingly rude—not just a little attitude, but truly mean to multiple customers. She acted like serving drinks was a burden and clearly had no interest in being friendly or professional. People were literally getting up and leaving the bar because of how uncomfortable she made things. I couldn’t believe how quickly the atmosphere shifted once she was on shift.

What’s even crazier is that nearby bars actually said they see a spike in business whenever she’s working because so many people choose to avoid Herbie’s when she’s behind the bar. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Unless something changes drastically, I won’t be back if she’s working. There are plenty of other friendly, welcoming places in Jefferson—this isn’t one of them when...
