I am not related to anyone at Crawford Entertainment Systems nor have I been encouraged or enticed to write a review. I share this because I am pleased, in the extreme, with my recent interaction with them and Gene Crawford in particular. My purchase was very modest. A single component. While it represented a significant investment for me it was probably the smallest job they had that week, if not several months. However, I felt like I was the most important client they had. I was taken care of personally, in my home, by Gene Crawford, the owner. He was patient with me, thorough, very, very competent and engaging. I can't imagine how he could treat his customers that invests significant amounts of money on their home entertainment systems any better. I cannot recommend them...

They were able to do it without having to demolish or construct anything -- they just used the existing structure (with some discrete modifications) and the result is very professional in both appearance and performance. I love being able to listen to music through our wireless Sonos system and the high quality speakers they installed. They have also responded promptly for a couple of service calls during the 9 months since the installation to tweak a couple of things, at no additional charge -- so they stand behind their work. I called to see if they had a new system that would work with our set up and how much it would be. They had one of their technicians call me who had a solution. Their tech drive from Prospect, Ky. to Louisville off Frankfort Ave to bring the specialized cakes needed for my customer to enjoy one of the few sources of entertainment he had access to.
