I love qdoba but this past experience has me questioning whether I will return or not. I recently went in with my boyfriend and ordered a bowl. Before I even got to finish what I was going to say , I was immediately interrupted by the girl working, with a rude tone asking if I wanted beans, chicken, fajita peppers and queso. I haven’t even gotten to tell her what rice I wanted. She cut me off every single time I was about to say what I wanted. Felt extremely rush, she was throwing the toppings into the bowl and was very herky jerky. It seems as though , other customer have complained about feeling rushed as well, so this needs to be fixed. I also asked for sour cream and she squirted the sour cream for a whole five seconds. My bowl was DRENCHED with sour cream. Ridiculous! And when I went to checkout I told her I have a $2 dollar queso and chips. She went to get my queso and the total didn’t come out discounted , so I was GOING to say “did it take the discount off?” Once again, immediately cut off with a snarky tone “ it already took it off”. I am appalled by the amount of times I have been interrupted. I have never been to a qdoba that rushed like that. I was the only person in line so in what world did I need to be so rushed out the line for. And to make matters worse, my bowl was terrible! It was extremely cold and, as stated before, it was like eating sour cream soup. I couldn’t even finish it. My boyfriend couldn’t even finish his chips and queso half the chips were stale. Ridiculous. Whoever was on shift February 5 at about 7:30 PM … needs to be sat down and talked to....
Read moreWorst fast food experience EVER. I asked for an item from their specialty menu, which was displayed in huge print above the counter, and the gal had no clue what I was talking about! She just kept asking me what I wanted in my bowl, and I kept pointing at the menu and telling her I wanted that particular selection with the preselected ingredients. Finally another employee showed her the sign and explained it to her, but she was still confused, got flustered looking at the sign in order to know what to add, and ended up having to have the other employee make the meal. She also, when asked about some of the food items by another customer, gave answers that even I knew were wrong! I was told I had to wait on the next batch of fajita vegetables--5 minutes later, the vegetables added to my bowl were RAW (including thumb-sized chunks of red onion). I literally couldn't eat them. The guacamole was so brown I thought it was the black beans at first. My husband's quesadilla was equally bad--the preparer must have added 4x the correct amount of cheese. He said he couldn't taste anything but oily cheese and was only able to eat 1/4 of it. The gal who rang us up was very, very nice, and we appreciated the courtesy, but seriously, don't eat there unless you're...
Read moreTypically a fan of Qdoba. In this day and age of COVID-19 we have been ordering take out/delivery more often in an effort to keep everyone in and safe. That said, imagine my surprise today when an order for three different people showed up and the two burritos were only wrapped half way - as in the bottoms of them were completely exposed. Have never had this happen before. Called the store and the only thing that the manager could say was "the foil only keeps them warm, so if your food arrived warm there's really nothing we can do." When I asked him "so you are okay, especially in these times, sending food uncovered?" his response was "Yes. If it's in a bag and in a plastic bag it's fine." It was delivered to an office, for three separate individuals as listed on the receipt - the burritos were shoved into ONE paper bag and had TWO different names on them. As I asked him so it's okay for me to have to deliver the food within the office and it's not wrapped and he basically told me that I should probably have worn gloves - I interrupted him and told him not to tell me that. His last response was "You have a nice day ma'am." This is so unacceptable and if there is a foil wrap shortage perhaps this Qdoba...
