I wanted to give this place a better review but I just couldn't. First, the food isn't bad, it didn't knock my socks off but it was ok. We got two kinds of ramen, they were decent. We got the gyoza appetizer and it was pretty good but there are only 4 pieces which is really small, most places give you 6 with the occasional place giving 5. The service was fine, we were the only people in there on a weekday afternoon and our waitress did a fine job. We asked for water, she tried to give us bottled water and I told her no, just tap is fine. This is my biggest problem and what knocked a star off. There are two bathrooms in the restaurant, they are not connected to one another, they are seperated by an office and both of them were "out of service". Like for real, there is no bathroom? Unfortunately I learned that after I ate and needed to go use the restroom and also wash my hands. Both signs looked like they weren't new so I'm not sure the deal but it looked like they just didn't want people using their bathroom. They didn't suggest where I could go, they were basically like sorry with a shrug. It was super inconvenient and also not legal to not have a public restroom in...

Cons Ramen Service
The environment here is really great. However, my first meal here, I had a rough experience dining. I have ordered boba to-go and it was good. Should probably give it 2 stars, but I really want to see this place succeed and may give it another shot in the future.
My ramen was honestly less than ideal. The noodles were very undercooked. There were 4 pieces of corn in my Garlic Tonkotsu Shoyru ramen. Pork was pretty dry. A very small bowl of ramen for $15 with undercooked noodles was very bad. I also ordered a water with my meal. It never came. I went up to pay and he added the water to my bill. I told him I never got a water and he was shocked and apologized blaming it on being busy. There were only 2 other tables there. I guess I am kind of glad I didnt get it as...
Read moreIf you want excellent Japanese food, go elsewhere. I had the bento box with Salmon. The soup was rehydrated packaged. Could tell by the chewy bits of not quite reconstituted tofu. The salmon was thin, overcooked and off tasting - like a beef marinade was used. The tempura veggies were old & mushy. The piece of shrimp's texture was like it had been quick defrosted & also wasn't fully cooked. The tempura sauce was also off flavor, once again, seemed like it was beef based. White rice made up 1/3 of the dish. About the only thing that was ok was the Spring roll. This was a fairly expensive meal for the poor quality of ingredients. Was also surprised @ the $3 charge for hot green tea, which in any other Asian restaurant I've patronized was included with the meal. Note I was given a tea bag, it was not leaf brewed as it is in quality Japanese...
