Sushi and Boba Tea House — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

First time here ever this morning! I was craving boba and had never been here before, as I just moved to the area 6 months ago. I was greeted upon walking in and the sweet lady showed me a menu. I told her I was craving boba and she let me know my options and that the milk was non dairy (a plus in my book!) I asked about a coffee boba option and she recommended the mocha boba. Boy, was I in for a treat and I didn't know it yet. I sat in the seating area in the front of the house and waited just a couple minutes for my drink. She brought it to me, and told me to let her know if I didn't like it and she would make me something else. My first sip? Pure bliss. The boba was fresh and chewy, with that amazing brown sugar flavor. The drink itself had a delicious mocha flavor with coffee. Ice cold, refreshing, and delicious. I ordered seasoned steak with no salt, a Tsunami roll without crab and with avocado, a side of EEL SAUCE, and a side of SPICY MAYO, and Thai milk tea with 30% CRUSHED ICE and 100% sweet. I did not look and check my order before I paid with a split bill and gave them a $5 tip. When I got home the only thing that was good was the steak because he got that one right. I was disappointed when I realized what Tsunami roll he gave me. See the photo below, I already ate half of it. They put yum yum sauce on top instead of spicy mayo and gave me no eel sauce on the side and no spicy mayo on the side either. Instead, I received kikoman sauce and yum yum sauce on the side. So much for the crushed ice. He still gave me the regular cubed ice for my Thai milk tea. I will inspect my order next time. My husband, our 2 year old & I stopped by here today. We were wanting some Boba and a nice light lunch. We weren't even aware this was here until we drove by and saw the sign out front. So glad we stopped in!

We ordered the Yum Yum Roll, Cucumber Roll and Veg Egg Roll. All were great! So pleasantly surprised after a negative experience with the food at Kabuki somewhat close to here.

Prices are good, food and drinks were good. Atmosphere is wonderful; we sat outside under the shade of the trees.

Definetly worth stopping by if you're by the waterfront and don't want the beer bar type food right by the bridge but something more substantial than the Cafe fare at Fresco Tea Bar.
