Paul & Jerrys Saloon — Restaurant in Jerome

This saloon was built in 1899 to replace the original structure that was destroyed by fire. It operated as the Senate Saloon with a Chinese restaurant downstairs. It soon became the largest gambling establishment in the southwest. During prohibition years it operated as a billiard parlor and confectionary. Paul Vojnic bought the business from the Fischer estate in 1939 and called it the Kentucky Buffet. He later bought the building from the Jerome Historical Society, changed the name to Paul and Jerry's and the Business is now the oldest family owned...

Grair was a great bartender 2 times we came in! The jerk tonight cut me off because I reminded him there are people at the pool tables waiting for service for 30 minutes while he chats with the girls at the bar. Will NEVER BE BACK after over $200 spent here in 1.5 nights! Worst worst worst bartender ever. He didn’t even see us there out of the ten people there?!?! What a joke! Dead on a Saturday and being a donkey to guests who are actually there and paying and tipping…. Stupid! I was a bartender, I know the industry. Do yourself a favor a drop this guy before you lose...

I was recently visiting a friend of mine in Jerome with my fiance and came here. The atmosphere was great. We were having fun playing pool,but turned out to be a VERY awkward situation when we sat at the bar. We were there with some friends of ours and the female bartender started hitting on my friends boyfriend right in front of us,being very unprofessional and making it very uncomfortable for everyone.
