Don't go here if you aren't a local. My family came here looking for water and soda because we didn't have any in our hotel. The bartender, a white guy with brown hair, was super rude. I asked what drink options they had and he rolled his eyes and pointed to bottles and cans lined up across the top of the bar, which are high up and not obvious, yet he looked at me like I was dumb for having the audacity to have a question 🙄. He clearly didn't want to help us, and acted like we were stupid for asking to buy water. It really put us in a sad mood for the remainder of our time in Jerome. I don't know why he was so rude to us, probably because he had to come in halfway through his smoke break to help us, or he just doesn't like tourists. I understand it probably gets annoying having to answer to confused tourists, but that is no excuse to treat customers this poorly. Based on other reveiws, this is a fairly common occurrence with this guy. If he doesn't like his job, he should get a new one and not take out his frustration on strangers. Either way, it is a tourist town. You should hire a new bartender who is willing to be an ambassador for your business and for...

I would not recommend this bar. Although we had a good time during our first visit, our second visit was a complete disaster. One of the staff members, a tallish man with brown hair, was extremely rude to us for no reason. He started yelling at us as soon as we walked in, accusing us of bringing an empty can into the bar. We tried to explain that we didn't know it was against the rules, but he didn't listen and told us to "get the hell out" without giving us any chance to explain or apologize.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it completely ruined our night. We were looking for a place to relax and end our night, but instead we were met with hostility and aggression. It's a shame because the lady with dreads who helped us during our first visit was very friendly and made us feel welcome. But one bad experience is enough to make us never want to come back to this place again.

There are plenty of other bars with better atmosphere and friendlier staff, so I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a good time without being treated like a criminal for a...

Would not recommend. Plenty of other great places in town. When I walked in it was pretty empty.. I got this really strange vibe that it was not the place to hangout. I walked up to the bar and sat down. The bartender challenged me on my service dog, which I support. He asked me the appropriate two questions you can ask but then just acted like he didn’t want me there. There was also no “no pets” sign out front so I just thought all around it was strange. He then asked and overly examined my ID like he wanted it be fake, even though I look over 30 easy and never get ID’d. He was really rude when taking my drink order after that so I just decided this wasn’t a business I was interested in supporting and told him to forget it (before he made anything) and I walked out. I recommend Paul and Jerry’s instead, very respectful and very nice bartender. In case spirit room management is watching it was a skater build looking white male bartender that...

Took a drive along some winding back roads in the countryside. We went looking for fall foliage. Jerome is a quaint little town. Lots of art galleries and places to taste wine. It was one of the first real cooler days for us and we weren’t prepared with warmer clothing so we went looking for something hot to drink. Virtually not one decent coffee shop in Jerome. We decided on hot toddy’s Alcohol and warmth. What caught our attention was the music. Great band and perfect timing for a break. Order at the bar and grab a table anywhere. Definitely recommended for an afternoon break or if you’re spending the night they’re open pretty late on the weekend. No food as far as I can tell but for a drink and some entertainment this is the place in Jerome.

Neat bar on main street in Jerome, Arizona. Got two jack and cokes and two dos equis beers for $20, so the prices are good. Service was friendly, and the crowd is an interesting mix. My only gripe is with a group of four middle aged women who were there. The bar wasn't crowded, maybe 15 people including their group of four and mine. You couldn't talk below screaming because these four thought every song was karaoke (not a karaoke bar). They even became slightly abusive with the bartender when the jukebox wasn't playing their song fast enough.

Music was fantastic. Had a good laugh when we walked in, bartender looked at us weird like we were gonna be problems, when he checked my id, then walked away to check it under the light I realized he thought we were underage!! To be fair, we were the youngest people in there by 20years, but it was a good giggle. Loved the mural, and absolutely LOVED the free feminine products in the bathroom. Good on y’all.
