Cosy Cup Library (Café) — Restaurant in Jersey City

man did it take a while for us to find parking! :( but we made it!

Cosy Cup Library is a nice and sweet coffee spot offering lots of drink option and delicious pastries. We got their matcha brownie, black sesame cookie and their cherry danish - all were very good! we thoroughly enjoyed the matcha brownie. For the drinks we had their Ube latte, Pandan latte (to go) and their hojicha latte. I think i would have enjoyed it so much more if it had extra ube/coconut for the ube latte and more hojicha earthiness and sweetness. Im sure they could adjust taste and sweetness if requested though but I do just want to know how they make their baseline ones.

Overall not a bad experience just maybe not the very best. I pretty much enjoyed the pastries and goodies more so than the drinks though. Oh and staff there...

Not the easiest to find parking but worth the visit once u do. Upon entering i was greeted. The place is clean and well designed as a cozy vibe (branding on point). They have a backyard area to enjoy and the space is a large coffee shop, big enough to host an event here, inside!

Okay so now for the banana latte review. It's real banana. No syrup. The coffee is bold and they have a special way of timing their espresso shots to make it taste perfect.

I was offered a rewards card, but I don't live conveniently close to use it. So I declined. But wow... I can see myself returning very soon! The best banana latte ever and spent about $7.

It's very difficult to find a place that serves & makes Matcha properly. I also, very rarely write reviews. The fact that I can get a cup tailored to my liking without the added sugars (unless I ask for it) is amazing. The Matcha is imported straight from Japan whuch is a huge plus when you want all the health benefits without fear of added crap. This place also has the added benefit of having a place where I can study & relax either on a nice couch or a comfortablechair with a table. The staff is super friendly & always up for a good chat.
