Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

I placed a mobile order for drive thru. Went to the drive thru to let them know my order I got told by the employee with a nasty attitude you just placed this order umm what’s your point is there a difference between me placing a “drive thru” mobile order and me telling you the order from my mouth I thought it would be easier on the employees instead of me getting to the drive thru and trying to figure out what I want wasting time. Plus the app even tells you to be near when placing a mobile order when getting certain drinks like girl are you dumb.Even McDonald’s don’t complain like I confused am I’m supposed to place the order and wait 10 mins this ain’t no door dash order. The Dunkin’ Donuts on MLK never complains they need to teach y’all some good customer service they way I wanted to go off on her ignorance but I play nice with ppl who dealing with my food. The everything bagel bites, ice coffee and donuts I got were nasty throwing everything in the trash I will never return here yuck stomach bubbling tried to eat it but I just can’t eat no nasty food and one of the donuts had some bs on it 🤢 and they put my donuts in a box that had coffee stains on it and one of the employees in the back had pass the drive thru window holding a basket of bread look like croissants and the basket whatever you would call it had openings the bread was touching his shirt and arms by the way he...

I don’t why but I think that #dunkin is the go to place for everyone. Whether it be a quick stop for coffee or a morning breakfast sandwich Dunkin’ has your back. Their baked goods are some of the best out there. With so many varieties of things to choose from I think I always opt for the donuts. I mean it was called “Dunkin’ Donuts” for a reason. 😂😂

I think they have some of the best donuts 🍩. My favorites have to be the VANILLA CREME, BOSTON CREME, BLUEBERRY, CHOCOLATE GLAZED(not pictured), GLAZED STICK(not pictured), PUMPKIN... almost all of them lol🤣🤣But if I had the choice to pick only one it has to be the “VANILLA CREME”❤️🤩As a cake/frosting lover this is perfect for me. The frosting is perfectly sweetened and goes so well with the soft yeasted donut. And they don’t skimp you of the filling... so your getting the best of best with this choice. 😡P.S. I hate when my donuts aren’t filled to the max☝️.

Prefer the drive thru . For faster service at the location. Inside though is nice. It's almost always clean however on rare occasions if firing the busy peaks during any day or night it might just take more time than normally for the guest areas to be attended and restored to readiness status the staff is friendly and polite but the service due to the small size of the service areas and limited working space behind the service counter slows the service down a bit due to no faults of the service staff but rather to a very small Dunkin location and restricted ltd working flow space behind the counter. I give a five star rating. This is to myself personally one of the rare locations that I've not gotten believedly sick after I've eaten food from . The staff is great. Here. It's the company's faults that the staff can not achieve for their location to receive many of the five star reviews i feel the staff deserves . Perhaps in the near future the Dunkin co. Would consider enlarging and remodeling this busy location . A seating area outdoors would be a great thing to update this location if included in any future renovations.
