Horrible customer service and delivery time. We ordered a pizza and were told would be delivered with in 30 to 40 minutes. An hour goes by and no food I call them up and get told they haven t started the order yet as they got busy and bigger orders came in. That's nice focus on a bigger orders instead on the ones that come in first I spoke with the owner and told him what was said. To which he replied The girl answering the phone shouldnt give timelines as they got busy. Ok that's really great your staff promise something which you give them timelines and you cant fulfill the order I asked when i might see the food and you said another 30 to 40 minutes. Yeah that's kids are extremely hungry and you are taking 1hr and 40 minutes to make a large cheese pizza. Really great service. I'm glad i cancelled I called your competition and pizza arrived in under 30 minutes because they care about small orders. And was awesome. Your reviews were great and looking forward to trying your food. Your loss and you will continue to loose customers and business by forgetting to process an order or be more focused on bigger orders which are clearly more important to you.

So dont order from here unless you want to get your food 1 hr and 40...

We had a bad experienced with this pizza house recently, unfortunately. We've been ordering pizza from this place for a long time, like yearssssss........ We had no problem with the delivery man since it's always the owner who delivers pizza in the house. Until this afternoon. They have a new delivery boy who worked for them for 3 months and called to tell me that he could not find the house. Then he just returned to the restaurant and told to the lady owner and lying that he was knocking on our door. How could he knocked on our door when he just called and told me that he could not find the house? We were going crazy in the house finding w/c door was he knocking? In front or at the back because there was no person knocking on the door. My son went outside as well. It's just so annoying that one lady from this pizza house called me upset saying that why we did not go outside to get the pizza. She said that its my son's responsibility to go outside and get the pizza??????!!!!! She was so mad at me! Why?????!!!!! I have no idea. Just rude! Best pizzeria in this section of Jersey City by a mile--one of the best places around here for food, period--but just good in the larger pizza landscape. Being that I used to live around the corner, I've grabbed the occasional slice or ordered a pie via take out plenty of times; never tried the Italian food, which is supposed to be good. The people who run it are friendly enough, and they get orders ready in a reasonable amount of time. They also like watching college basketball, so it's usually on the TV. If you order by the slice, you get a giant slice (almost a foot long) for $2. That's a pretty stellar deal. The crust has a mild bready flavor and come up pretty crisp and sturdy given its size. The cheese is decent quality and not too oily. The sauce is sweet and chunky, and is the main reason I didn't eat here as much; when you get a pie with meatballs however, the sweetness is balanced by the spices and the meat. It's one of the few times I'd say a sauce needs some herbs...
