*Quarantine Delivery Review* Instead of ordering our usual sushi delivery, we decided to go with some tacos because it had been a while since we had some. And of course, our favorite thing to do is order too much food for two people. Here is everything we ordered: Al Pastor Tacos - these were great. Flavor was perfect and they don't skimp on the meat Chorizo Quesadilla - you really can't go wrong with chorizo or quesadilla Baja Style Crispy Fish Taco - this was my favorite of the group but probably also because I love fish tacos. The piece of fish in each taco was big, which I appreciated because I hate when taco spots give you the tiniest piece of fish and fill the rest of the taco with veggies Carne Asada Tacos - this was my least favorite. The meat was a bit chewy and it was also bland Carne Asada Fries - again, the meat wasn't great but the rest of the toppings were good. I normally don't like soggy fries but somehow, the soggy fries worked here. I'd like to see an al pastor version of the fries. Overall, everything was great (aside from the carne asada). I'd definitely order again. I think I'll try out their tortas next!

The guacamole from here is absolutely garbage. I’m not sure if they use some type of store bought or if they’re serving it spoiled with a TON of acid in it to keep it green but it’s soupy and very very acidic. It has a fizzy feel in the mouth almost like when you eat kimchi. That sour fermented sensation. The salsa is overwhelming garlicky as well. It almost tasted like a pasta sauce. The tacos were just okay but I would skip the chicken as it is very very dry. This place needs some work because idk how they think it’s okay to charge those prices for such poor quality ingredients. The fish taco was the only Thing somewhat good tasting but it’s way too overpriced and you only get one little fish stick fried for almost $6. RIP OFF I can’t believe this place thinks this is okay. I wish I could get my money back. Do yourself a favor and please don’t give this place your hard earned money. Chipotle guac is better sheeeet TACO BELL guac is better. And the chicken isn’t as dry.

If you've got champagne taste but a beer budget, then this place is for you. Half bodega, half taco joint, this place screams Identity Crisis!, so you'll want to visit right away 06/25 lest they go out of business. No, there is no longer any half-price taco special on Tuesdays, but with prices like this, who cares? BYOB with a liquor store a few doors away, the place only has seating for 4 people maximum, so it mostly survives on take-out. The carne asada taco was delicious with large chunks of charred grilled steak, and the barbacoa was even meatier, shredded beef braised in a sauce with a hint of cinnamon. The sautéed mushroom with corn and poblano was similarly juicy and exquisite, and the fish (baja style breaded and fried swai with cabbage and Chipotle aioli and tartar sauce) also paired inventive ingredients. The orange hot sauce packed quite a punch though the green one was a bit more palatable. Tiny cups of Haagen Dazs completed our meal. Bravo! We'll be back.

Pico has an outdated promo deal for first time online customers. On their website it says order online and receive 20% off. When I got to check out, there was no code applied so I called the restaurant to see if they could assist. I understand we all start somewhere as a new employee but ‘Junior’, (if he even provided the correct name) needs to work on his customer service and change his delivery. I explained the issue over the phone and he said he couldn’t do anything about it rudely. I called Chow Now to see if they could help since that’s where I ended up placing the order and was also informed that he was the only employee in the restaurant on 2/27/22. Pico should avoid staffing only a new employee on a Sunday afternoon. When I went inside to grab my food, Junior was very short as he was on the phone and when I called afterwards to ask him what his name was, originally he said “a worker.” For my first time, I’m not impressed with the service and Junior should be mindful...
