I’m actually disappointed in the service that I received today especially since I received good service literally yesterday. I entered the store to find something to drink and I noticed he had a nitro Hibiscus Pear drink that I wanted to try. I took a medium cup because I wasn’t sure how much I’d like it. I poured a tiny bit just to taste and notice that I would want a larger cup. So I threw away the medium after tasting it and got a large cup and proceeded to get ice before i filled my cup. There was a female employee who was nearby as I threw away the cup so I asked where are the kids for the larger cups. She then gave me an attitude because I threw away the medium cup to get a larger cup. She told me she would charge me for the medium cup as well as the large cup if so went ahead and bought the large drink. I asked her why and she claims it’s because I wasted a cup. I explained to her that i didn’t know what the drink would taste like so it didn’t make sense to get a large cup to begin with. She continued to argue with me so i told her i don’t want it and left. I’m disappointed in the service here because they are a new business and that’s not the way you should treat a customer who literally just praised you the day before. Read moreI go to this 711 all the time, I always get the same things, wings, taquitos, and the nachos. I went into my car to eat before work, after taking a bite out of the wings (literally only one bite) I noticed it tasted like mold, so I look in the bag to check the rest and what do you know. Mold. I went back inside as I was still in the parking lot, to ask for a refund and to show them (I NEVER do this) but to think they'd care even a little bit about their wings that are encased with all the other food, having mold. First off he didn't even check it, second off he tried to explain to me how the chicken sometimes looks like that, I've gotten them a million times absolutely not, I told him to please refund me just the wings I didn't even eat it and he just shook his head, again, NOT even looking at the wings. So I asked where the garbage was and left. Can't provide the photo because I threw it out and am now sitting in my car typing this. Employees are extremely rude, and not clean. Read moreI live down the road from this 7/11 and come here (begrudgingly) all the time. there’s one cashier in this store (older guy) who always takes advantage of his customers. They have discounts posted all over the store that he does not honor. For example, grabbed a 2 for $3 bags of cookies, brought them to the counter, it was almost $5. I told him that they were 2 for $3 and pointed to the sign and he said “that’s for tomorrow”. There was another time that I walked to the store because they had a coupon on the app that for a $5 pizza. I get there and it’s $10. I show him the coupon and he says “not this store.” When I showed him that I have his location selected, he refused to honor the coupon. He ALWAYS skips past the rewards screen and never lets me use my 7/11 rewards, even though I have asked him multiple times to go back and let me use them. He just simply tells me no.
