I tried this cleanse a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t believe how amazing it made me feel. Cleansing is an important thing to do for our bodies, to help rejuvenate our cells and to give our intestines a break from digestion. Yes, I lost two pounds the next day, but that’s not really what is important. I know that the two pounds was not “true” weight loss. However, over the next week, I felt different. It felt like my metabolism was shocked into action and I dropped two pounds that I had been struggling to lose. More importantly, I felt better. Less sluggish. I ran faster on the treadmill and felt lighter. I know this is because of the cell turnover that happens during cleansing. I recommend this cleanse to anyone looking to kick start their metabolism. It isn’t easy at first, but stick with it, and it becomes easier. Like anything, you can teach your body how to remove dead cells and how to endure this very beneficial cleanse! I am doing the cleanse again today, and am excited to see what tomorrow and the rest of the week...

I’ve been trying several pressed juices in the past, but these are so far THE BEST one I’ve ever tried…and I’m not only talking about ingredients combination wise…but also about ingredients quality.
