Iāve been to this location a few times and every time I go there is an issue!!! The first time it took 30 minutes to get my order because they never saw the online order - then one of the shift managers had a really bad attitude and was in the kitchen licking her fingers and dropping food in the fryers (no gloves). The 2nd time I went the AC was broke and they were short staffed - food took another 30 minutes and then my order was still wrong. This last time was the last straw for me! I went in the store and asked if they had any deals, the lady said know and to check online. Online apparently has the deals but they donāt have the same ones in store - fine, I ordered on the app and waited about 10 minutes and asked if they had received my order. She said no - I said well I have the confirmation on my phone. She did I donāt see it in my system, I showed her the email I got matched the restaurant address and everything. She said I canāt make the order without having it on my end. I said well they have already taken the money out of my account. She told me to place an order in store (I did) and call their customer service for a refund on the other one. Customer service was closed. Needless to say - I still havenāt gotten my money back! Iāve called customer service multiple times and the restaurant and still NO resolutions. This is bad customer service and I will never return to this location! Run, donāt go to this location! Not one person acknowledged me the entire time. 15 minute late finally my food is ready so I pick it up and once again they never include my drink. I tried to get someone attention and both employees went to back and basically hide from me. I grabbed my own cup from behind the counter after being ignored and female employee notice me helping myself getting a cup to get my drink and she said all sodas are flat. There is no sign on machine and didnāt bother to offer me a refund or give me a bottle drink instead. I said I paid for my drink. I am on my lunch break and wasted so much time already so I had to ask for a refund then she gave me an attitude and rudely asked me for my name. I finally said donāt bother keep it then she laughed at me as I was walking away. I have been there 10 times and they screwed up 8 times with a different issue. I will never go back to this location or any new location ever again. They have no respect for their customers ever at most locations. I attempted to call corporate only for me to get angry at person who answered the phone because she couldnāt speak proper English when I asked to talk to someone else she told me to call back and refused to transfer me to anyone else. Was hoping to see some recent positive reviews and try again tonight. Glad I checked the latest reviews as it appears nothing has changed with the quality of their service and food quality. So disappointing. At this point, I would recommend not rewarding this location with your hard earned $ as they either can't find quality ownership, management or help. I have never sent a review of any kind for any other establishment in this area so I have to assume it's the franchise ownership. I recommend stay away until something changes. Hope this is heard by the franchise owner and BWW management. I truly feel sorry to post a negative review, but I've spent too much money experimenting with this location to realize they don't care about the quality of their service. Most of the newer negative reviews are responded with a request to fill out a survey questionnaire.
