Starbucks — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Don't even deserve not one star Everytime i come to this Starbucks they always give the worst drink coffee i don't really go there for the same reason i go sometimes hoping it would be a great coffee but is always on afternoons or evenings when i get the worst drinks i go there at times cause is close to my house, but this time my Carmel macchiato tasted like water milk no coffee flavor at all, i could barely taste it..it was horrible coffee i had to throw it away at home..it's a pricey coffee & for me to be throwing it away cause it wasn't made right it unacceptable. either they need more training or they just don't care & employees need supervise managing, we waited on the window while this teenager are chatting in the window with other teenagers in a car in front of us while we wait on line for our drinks for 10 minutes, employees need managing guidance & need to pay attention, better customer service we are the customers...very disappointed of this Starbucks someone needs to do something.i won't be returning back just got tired of not getting a...

I didn't have the best experience here just now since I had to wait 10 minutes before I finally asked the deli if there was a worker or if it was open. They sent me to guest services and then they found the worker and I went back. I can't be upset though as the worker was busy stocking what she had needed for her shift so it's not her fault there was nobody else to cover her while she was busy with that. She made me a mocha cookie crumble frappe with no crumble or cool whip and it tastes great! I knew from watching her and seeing all the love she added to it that it was gonna taste good! She was quiet but kind and she knew what she was doing so...

The RUDEST server I’ve ever experienced. No smile, looked pissed to be working and when I asked for a PSL she rudely responded that she’s out of pumpkin, no apologies for the inconvenience. To ensure I understood I asked if that was for cold pumpkin too and she rolled her eyes and rudely responded, “I HAVE NO PUMPKIN”. At that point I didn’t even bother ordering something else. Not from that kind of service. 3pm at Kroger west road 10/26/25 - this server is horrible and lost 2...
