When we arrived there were three cars in the drive thru, and no customers inside. After about 8 minutes, and three employees making eye contact and completely ignoring us- the girl in the drive thru leaned around wall. She said, “Can you use the kiosk, it’s gonna be a long time.” Not in a questioning way, nor did she care if we responded. She was back out of sight before she finished the last word. Then we ordered at the Kiosk, and sat down at a table we cleaned off to use. While we were waiting, they set a bag on counter for a delivery driver. When that driver arrived, the drive thru girl was at counter to talk before she even made it all the way in the door. After about 15 minutes, a guy called my name for our order. My husband went to the counter, and the employee looked at him, and turned around and walked away. Not a smile, a head nod, or a single word. He just walked away. We ordered a Mexican Pizza combo, and 2 enchiritos. My husband had to go back, and wait a few more minutes in order to get the cup for the drink. I went back to the counter to ask for sauce, as my “enchiritos” had only about one one inch of save across the very centers. I requested more sauce, and after staring at me like I was insane, the employee got me some sauce in a small to go container. I thanked him and we sat down. I excitedly started eating my “enchiritos”. IT HAS BEEN SO LONG SINCE I COULD ORDER ONE. At this point, I realized that I had two tortillas with only beans in them. At one end of both “enchiritos”, there was a bunch of onions, but by that point it was basically just tortilla. The thing is- there was absolutely no point in trying to get it fixed, because the employees just didn’t care. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell! I wouldn’t have even been that upset about my mock “enchiritos” if any one of the employees would have provided minimal customer support. Read moreThis has been the most stressful situation I've Ever come up against in FastFood! On 11/27 | place an order that was prepared incorrectly I noticed so I went back through the drive-thru and asked to have it made correctly. They talked amongst each other and laughed but I didn't pay any attention to the situation. When I opened the food after getting home I was disgusted!!! I would have went back that night, but just had a baby and didn't want to take her out again. I made a review and requested they review the footage. When I had a chance the next day I went to the store and Erika was pissed that I made a bad review and made sure I and the staff was aware! It was a show she was rude and insinuated I did this for free foodI would let my dog eat from this place since this has occurre!). To this day Erika whom I doubt holds the position she says is GM has yet to do anything about the situation. I've been making contact and they are not taking this serious at all!!!. I now have it on camera this third time. They initially claim they do not have your order in their system & then pick a fight making false accusations over the drive thru intercom, and then go on to say she will report me for my language. I do not work for uber eats and I was picking up a personal order @ 2230 hrs on 12/19. They repeatedly say they don't have your order - once I called them out for doing this same stunt 3 times in a row - she went on to say she will report me.
