TLDR Version - messed up order, managers lied and mocked me. Hope they get demoted.
Ordered two large pizzas and a 14 piece wing from this location today. The wings were really good. I ordered extra cheese on both of the pizzas. Needless to say, there wasn't extra cheese and in some parts of the pizzas, the middle had no cheese, only dough. I call to try to get a credit for the two orders of extra cheese, not trying to get my whole meal comped or anything just want my 3.50 for extra cheese reimbursed, and the manager lied to me about her name. Said it was Mikayla, then it magically changed to Amber.
She then says her GM, Chaze, made the pizzas himself so she puts him on the phone. I explain what's going on and he gets incredibly rude with me. Saying I'm lying, that there was extra cheese and I'm not putting a whole bag of cheese on it if that's what you think. So I ask, if there's extra cheese how come the thing looks like a thin crust and is literally smaller than a 1/4 inch. He says as long as I didn't eat any of the pizza he'd remake it. I told him I ate two pieces before calling because I was really hungry and my wife and niece each had a piece.
He then tells me there's nothing he can do. So I tell him that I'm going to call the corporate office and file a complaint against him and the store since he wanted to be rude and accusing me of lying. He laughed and said, yeah well when that complaint gets filled, who do you think is going to be the one to call you back? Yeah, it's going to be me. And I'm a very busy and important man. (In an incredibly mocking tone) So have a good day.
I called the corporate office and filled a complaint and explained everything that had happened. They assured me that someone higher up than him would be contacting me. Now we wait...oh and I'm never going back to that location again. I do like dominos, so I'll make the extra 10 minute drive to the other location for better service. Read moreI feel like the service from this location has just gone downhill in the last 2 years. Last night I ordered 2 sandwiches, Parmesan bites and a 2 liter coke from the online ordering system at 7:36pm. I watched the tracker for the next 30 minutes and it said it was out for delivery at about 8:05pm. At 8:30pm, I call to see if there were any issues with my order or if they were having a hard time finding my apt. The girl who answered said they were short staffed on delivery drivers and that my order had just been taken to the car for delivery. I said no problem, I understand that stuff happens.
I wait another 30 minutes and call again. The same girl answers and puts me on hold. I ask where my order was and get told it was on its way. I asked is it going to be fresh and the girl says yes, if it isn't they would refund me. I wait another 30 minutes. I call back and a man answers. I tell him I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Instead of muting the phone, I hear him yell "Hey some lady wants to cancel her order!" The same girl I've talked to all night gets on the phone and asked for my phone number, then says my money will be back on my card in 3-5 business days. Then just hangs up! No apology or anything. So its nearly 2 & 1/2 hrs of waiting on dinner that never came.
I will never order from here again, and I hope Domino's Corporate team hears about how terrible this...
Read moreThis location deserves zero stars. The customer service I recieved was terrible. There was a worker by the name of Nathan, he was very rude and argued with me over a simple mistake he had made that could of been an simple fix. This short telly tubby looking guy argued with me telling me what he thought, he and a coworker heard but clearly didnt. The first pizza was so lightweight when he handed me the box, "I asked him if there was anything inside?" When he opened the box, the pizza he gave was burnt and super thin to the point it was way too lightweight. I simply asked and wanted thick/pan pizza. He didn't even want to remake the pizza after I asked him to remake it, he replied with an stink attitude, "that it would be another 30 minute wait." After waiting an hour for the pizza, I asked for sauce he refused to give me complimentary sauce when I had just waited an hour for one pizza. This dude clearly doesn't deserve to be in the customer service industry because he argued and clearly called me a liar. He was being extra catty with me for no reason. All I wanted was my pizza to be remade the way I originally asked. I will never go there again and I agree with all the other reviews. Unfortunately I didn't look at the reviews until it was to late.
