UPDATE:
We had to change our rating but decided to keep the original review (see below) to make a point of how disappointed we were after our wonderful experience. We tipped Elena $20 in cash and we paid bout $64.92 on card, which was 2 dinners + tax. Everything was good and we saw the pending charge of $64.92 on our bank account the next day but when it settled, they took $77.82 from our account. They double dipped and thought we wouldnāt notice. Today (Thursday) we went in to inquire what had happened and the partner/owner immediately tried to blame the server that she made a mistake but after a conversation and me saying they can keep the money they stole from me but I am going to change my review, which caused the owner beg me not to do that as my new review was important to her - she pulled a $20 bill from the register and gave it to me. I am so incredibly disappointed in how the manager/owner stole and then lied about it to try to cover it up.
MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BEFORE I DISCOVERED THEY STOLE FROM ME AND THEN TRIED TO LIE ABOUT IT.
Itās not easy finding a quality little spot for sushi in the Cypress Jersey Village / Jones Road area that has truly good food at a fair price, served in a clean inviting atmosphere and by professional and kind staff, but Kitsune sure does check all the boxes. The moment you walk in, you notice the decor is relaxed and comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The menu is large and easy to read and yes, theyāre hard laminated and clean, which is another box that checks off for me - nothing worse than funky old dirty menus like at some other places. The selection is as with other all you can eat sushi restaurants but the effort the chef puts into the execution and presentation of the food is breathtaking for how fair and reasonable they charge per person. They put in the extra work and love with everything they did to show how much they appreciated our business and our server (Elena) said she hoped to see us again soon and that is something we plan on doing on a regular basis whenever weāre craving good sushi and want to be treated like a good friend or family; so do yourself a favor and make the effort to head over to this little hidden gem on Jones Road at the corner of Grant, youāll want to write a long positive...

If you haven't been to Kitsune Sushi and Hibachi, youāre seriously missing out on the culinary equivalent of discovering Atlantis! Nestled conveniently at the corner of Grant Road and Jones Road, right behind McDonald's, this gem is like finding a treasure map on the back of your shopping receipt.
First off, letās talk about the prices ā they're so good I almost felt like I was committing daylight robbery! All-you-can-eat sushi for lunch at these rates? Yes, please. My wallet and my belly are both eternally grateful.
And oh, the decor! Stepping inside is like boarding a flight straight to the Orient without the TSA pat-downs. It's beautiful, serene, and sets the perfect backdrop for the food adventure you're about to embark on.
Speaking of adventures, letās not forget their milk teas with boba. Those little pearls of tapioca joy dance in your mouth like a conga line at a very sophisticated party. If sushi and hibachi are the headliners, then these milk teas are definitely the show-stopping encore.
To sum it up, Kitsune Sushi and Hibachi is a must-visit. Great prices, convenient location, fantastic food, and a mini-vacation vibe all rolled into one. Five stars...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStumbled upon this place by accident. I can tell you I sure am glad. As soon as I walked in I was I was welcomed and sat down. The server explained how there is an all you can eat menu and a regular menu. I chose the all you can eat. The choices are really good and should have something for almost every personās taste. This is not a buffet but fresh made every time you order. I had the calamari and mushroom soup for my starters, the soup is amazing the calamari has a great batter but just a hair overcooked. Next I had some raw salmon and tuna rolls. Very fresh and the presentation was very nice. The I decided to have a cooked roll. I chose the Texas roll with steak and jalapeƱos, this dish is absolutely worthy of using Texas in its name simply amazing! The Staff was Friendly helpful and on top of everything each step of the way. At 17.95 it is an amazing value and a very inexpensive way to introduce new people to this type of food. Iāll get this review wrapped up. Great service great food and very reasonable prices! I hope they keep up...
