i came here to eat and wait on my oil change. i ordered something small and the lady who took my order was very sweet. when the food was ready, the manager called my name and delivered it to me at my seat with a smile on his face which made me feel like the service was exceptional. unfortunately, as time went on, i saw the true colors of the manager. he was loudly yelling in spanish that he didnt want a guest there simply because he was homeless. mind you, this guest was a paying customer who was eating in the corner and minding his business. the manager was making these comments because the gentleman looked sweaty. keep in mind, its noon and 96° (but it feels like 107° with the humidity). a young teenage cashier had to be the one to defend the guest, and it was so disheartening to see the lack of empathy displayed by someone in a position of leadership. how can someone so disgraceful be proud to be in this position without feeling ashamed or the desire to be a better human? especially as a fellow latina, i am embarrassed and ashamed that the manager (whos clearly an immigrant and came to the US for a better opportunity) isnt willing to extend basic courtesy to someone who is in a position that needs a...

I recently visited the McDonald's in Jersey Village off the 290 freeway, and while I generally enjoy their menu, my experience this time was disappointing.
I ordered a medium fries with my meal, and when they arrived, they were cold and lacked that signature freshness that you expect from McDonald's. It was surprising, considering this location usually has a good reputation. The fries felt stale and didn’t have the crispy texture that makes them so addictive.
The service was friendly and efficient, which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. However, the quality of the food is the most important factor in my dining experience, and sadly, the cold fries really affected my overall satisfaction.
I hope this location can improve the quality control on their fries because I’d love to return for hot and fresh ones...
