Customer Service here really has gone down the drain. I called in an order and was told it would be 5-10 mins. I showed up, waited and even waited a total of 25 mins. I had seen an order sittin on the counter but assumed it was a other customers. After 10 mins of it sittin on the counter the gentleman bagged it up and handed it to me. When I asked why he waited so long to give it to me, he said I'm doin my best. I expressed to him that I had seen him check the receipt on the order and he was aware I was sitting right across from the register, he again proceeded to tell me he was busy and he's doin his best, what did i want him to do. Never apologized or acknowledged his error. We love this place, but if this is how the service is going to be, we might not make it a norm to come. Added note: got home opened my food and this is what I go, the portions have significantly decreased and figured I'd get what I paid for since their prices have also gone up.

I first learned of this place from a fellow colleague of mine. I heard great things! I had to order 52 meals for our company so I reached out to Aloha through email. I got a quick response with all the information that I was asking for. Communication was 10/10. Food was amazing! Making 52 teammates happy can be quite difficult when deciding on what they are having for a meal. We ordered the beef, chicken and vegetarian option Mini meals. Came with protein, veggies, rice, a sauce and macaroni salad in a nice reusable container. I can tell you that my whole team loved this option! Not only was the communication and the food amazing but so was the bill! They are a great budget friendly option. They also delivered to our place of business. I will definitely keep Aloha in our rotation when we order our weekly team meals! We can’t wait to have them again! We love Aloha!

I am from the Pacific Northwest and had access to a lot of hawaiian bbq there. There were a number of places to go. Since I have been in Houston I have been in search of a great Loco Moco, hawaiian chicken and teriyaki place. Guess what, I have found that place and I am in love. The macaroni salad in the traditional creamy mayo, the teriyaki is thick, sweet and rich, the meat is so juicy and tender, the rice sticky and their loco moco is amazing. All I can say is that I now order here once or twice a week, and even though my wasteline is probably suffering, I definitely am not! You must try their short ribs if you love beef fat. If you guys started serving a hawaiian lava sauce and a hawaiian pea salad, that would be sprinkles on top. Great job!

4/14/22 THURSDAY 830pm….Hispanic male heavy set cashier RUDEST AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER EVER ordered to go came in 830pm I asked if I could change it to dine in he tells me I need to be done by 8:50 knowing the business closes at 9 so he can leave on time. I let him know his own business hours and he proceeds to tell me he only get paid till 9pm at this point it’s SHOCK AND AWE!!! Then I received my meal he proceeds to tell me BBQ SAUCE OUT OF STOCK!! THIS IS HAWAIN BBQ!!! He tells me they had a big order and that is why they don’t have bbq sauce which to me is RIDICULOUS knowing I came here for BBQ!! So with that I asked for extra tonkuts sauce to compensate not having any Bbq sauce and he tells me I need to pay extra I tell him it’s not my fault your out of bbq sauce he still insists I pay for sauce unbelievable … WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Then I’m eating my crab ragoons that had little to no cream cheese I show him he tells me they were free and I had no room to complain and it’s just the luck of the draw!! So I’m originally from Hawaii but have lived in Houston for the past 10 years. Recently, my favorite Hawaiian restaurant in Humble has closed for whatever reason so I was very excited to hear that a Hawaiian BBQ grill opened up near me. I have tried it for the first time yesterday and today I actually went back for more!

Yesterday I had the katsu and barbecue plate combo. My favorite dish is hands down the chicken katsu. They nailed down the recipe pretty well.The chicken is very tender and the batter had that perfect crunch. If you’ve never had Hawaiian Food before, this dish is the perfect introduction to get you acquainted to Hawaiian food. The bbq chicken and sliced bbq beef were flavorful and tender. Only thing missing was a slight char.

Today I tried the loco moco... it wasn’t bad, but I have to say it was a miss for me. The meat was a bit over cooked and the gravy did not have much of a taste. There also wasn’t enough gravy to smother the burger. So I was basically left with a dry burger.

Other than that I still recommend to anyone who lives around the area. Very generous portions for under $10. I will definitely...

I absolutely love this place!!! Chicken Katsu with macaroni cold salad and rice are amazing in my opinion. They are a great "fast food" joint! And don't pretend to be anything more. You get your food at a great price, fast! The items taste good on their own but the meals really shine when combined with their perspective pairings! Hands down they have the best cold macaroni salad I have ever had, sorry mom! It would be a stand alone meal if they just added ham 😆😆!!!

I like their service, I have had many bad expierences through Uber eats when I ask for certain things in the comment box but never with Hawi, I honestly think they are the only ones who ever bother reading the comments! They also give you so much food for a very very fair price! My son and my nephew can share a mixed chicken platter and have plenty to fill their bellies, and they are 13 and 11...
