Date 3/22/2025 time 2:30-3:00 ish I came thru the drive thru and the girl at the window has no customer service. She seems upset every time I go up there and kinda mean. She never smiles and barely talks. One time the drink station was not filled with carbon and no one had loaded the ice machine, she still made the drinks knowing the machine was not prepared. I had to ask her if the machine had no carbon because I looked at my drinks and they had not a bubble in sight. As I asked for a differnt drink, she went to the back where the food is held and grabbed ice out of there!!! THE ICE USED TO KEEP THE CHEESE AND LETTUCE COLD! CRAZY! On a separate note, The tall hispanic lady making the food is putting almost nothing in the tortillas. ALL OF THEM. I bought a chalupa, taco and five layer, 3 of each item, so a total of 9 items.. and on all of them she made them very slim; almost no meat no lettuce no cheese. She also got the order wrong and didn't give me lettuce and cheese on a few of my items. The items that had sour cream, she decides to put a dot of sour cream instead of putting a line of sour cream across the food. I'm not sure if she can speak English or read English, as the manager had to tell her in Spanish what needed to be done even though the receipt was in front of her. Although the manager helped right away he was on his phone when he came out the office, texting someone. I don't usually have an issue with this location and don't expect people to be wonderful that work at taco bell, but they should put in more effort as this is their job and they get paid to do it. I don't ask that they get in trouble, but all three of these people need to be breifed, have training all over again, Or be moved to a different position. The picture of the 5 layer was the biggest of all 3 burritos. It's the same size as the taco. The other two were smaller than the tacos.
If I was a secret shopper or mystery shopper for this location, I would have evaluated this restaurants performance lacking: Staff interaction Order accuracy Taste and presentation Customer Experience If I go back and see that it has improved I'll be sure to...
Read moreTaylor, the "manager," is very RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, and HOSTILE towards customers. She is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. She is actually a danger to society. I'm not sure how in the world she works in customer service. It is scary and very concerning knowing someone like herself is working around dangerous objects such as hot items and knives. Easy to notice any little thing sets Taylor off. Corporate needs to investigate her. She is a dangerous woman working around others. If Taylor continues to work at Taco Bell, I can see Taco Bell being sued due to Taylor physically hurting someone at the establishment. When I arrive and see her, I immediately get stressed bc I have no idea how her mood will be. If it were up to me, i wouldn't visit this location at all, but unfortunately, I have a family member who likes an item on the menu and no other Taco Bell in my area.
I completely agree with this review written a month ago so disappointed nothing has been done about it. She still works there barks like a loud dog. Today she caused a scene and embarrassed me and my children. When my 6 year old asked the “cook” for a lid for water he screamed at her and said “no” frowning at her. So I went over and asked for it myself Taylor jumped in and said “they are beside the rest of the rest of the lids”. So I told her ok well he just told my daughter no instead of pointing her to the right direction. She said well he’s the cook he don’t gotta be talking to kids. So told her true so doesn’t have to be rude to them either.. She started screaming making the situation way worse. Saying there’s nothing we can do about our face. If I have a problem with the cook I have to talk to her because she is the supervisor. Immature woman at as a supervisor bad branding Taco...
Read moreFirst of all, does one go here for authentic Hispanic dishes? Hell, no! You go here to get that type of food in a fast food setting. For that it's great. Some of their items are just plain "blah," at best, while others are pretty good.
My recommendations? If you're going to get something basic like a taco, opt for the taco supreme, which has all the common condiments included: shredded cheese, sour cream, tomato chunks, shredded lettuce. The non-supreme or regular versions lack most of these condiments. Consequently, the taco is bland and pretty much tasteless.
One major but positive change Taco Bell implemented not too long ago involves their soft drinks. They for a long time used to serve Pepsi products, which meant Diet Pepsi. Those of you who know your soft drinks like I do will know that Diet Pepsi is one of the overall worst soft drinks in existence.
I like both Coke and Pepsi products. Either is perfectly fine with me. For diet soft drinks, I prefer Diet Coke when getting fast food. My alternate is Pepsi Zero Sugar, formerly known as Pepsi Max. Diet Pepsi for some reason has always been horrible, absolutely disgusting. Now that Taco Bell serves Coca-Cola products, you can order a Diet Coke if it's a good diet soft drink...
