If I could give a negative star rating I would. This is the WORST Pizza Hut location on planet earth! I am not exaggerating. I ordered my food online. Received an estimate of 30 min wait time for it to be delivered.
Received a text that my pizza was on the way at 6:09 pm (I had ordered around 5:30pm). My pizza showed up at 6:50 pm. Forty minutes after they told me it was on the way.
The pizza arrived cold and the crust was soggy. I had ordered the pan crust, so it should have been really crisp. I also ordered a bottle of Pepsi, which arrived hot.
I live no more than 2 - 3 minuets away. You can literally see the fence of my apartment complex from the lobby of this Pizza Hut. Their is absolutely no reason or explanation that will suffice, as to why my pizza was cold and soggy.
That should have been the hottest pizza I ever ordered and the coldest beverage too. So, even though I was settled in for a evening of relaxing, I hopped in my car and drove my cold pizza back to Pizza Hut.
I explained what happened to the manager and asked for a refund. I told him that I thought I should receive a refund and a new hot pizza. He gruffly said, “No, I’m not doing that. Pick one. Either a refund or a hot pizza.”
I then explained to him that I didn’t understand why my pizza was cold when you could see my apartment from the store. I told him that when I order from Papa Johns Pizza (which is much further away), my pizza is always delivered hot.
He then became irate and said, “Don’t talk to me about no Papa Johns or any other pizza place, were not them!!! We are completely different than them. This is Pizza Hut.” He repeated this over and over again.
To which I replied, “Well, that may be true, but you might want to get this stores act together, so your not angering your customers and loosing them.”
And he was like, “Whatever lady, I don’t care if your mad. I don’t care if I make people upset. We are busy tonight with our online promotion going on.”
I said, “OK, well that may be tonight’s excuse, but what about the last time I ordered from you guys? My pizza showed up cold then too, and it was not a promotion night.”
Honestly, I almost didn’t order from them, but decided to give them another chance. I shouldn’t have. They were rude then too!
He said, “I don’t care. I’m giving you your money back aren’t I?” I told him that I am definitely never coming back.
I was a little upset, but that was after he was rude to me. He never should have snapped back at me. I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional he was.
I don’t care how busy a business is, you can’t treat your customers like that!! Do NOT go to this location, or any others for that matter.

Read moreHi my name is Sharon I ordered from this Pizza Hut Northwest Freeway and Jones Road last night which was March 1, 2021 it was almost 9 o’clock when I place the order I receive my order extremely late it was After 10:30 PM I called the location back to let the manager know that my order was incorrect the driver answer the phone pretending he’s the manager tell me that he can’t return my money until tomorrow that he is not capable of making a return to night I ask why are you the manager once again oh no I’m not the manager I am the driver he stated I said ask for your manager when you answered the phone finally Jason gets on the phone stating that he’s the manager and says he can’t return my order and refund me my money until tomorrow if you would like another pizza I could have the driver to bring one out I stated that it is too late no thank you can just refund me my money back then he says well ma’am I would need that pizza back in order to refund you your money I said oh really you guys are taking food back from outside The store back into the building and we are under a pandemic I said sure you can have it you guys want it back you can pick it up tomorrow morning before 9 AM if not I will be gone to work and you will not get it if it’s that serious to you guys he kept talking a bunch of nonsense I said son I’m hanging up now he said ma’am can send someone now to pick up the pizza I said no you can’t no one‘s coming to my home after midnight you will get it tomorrow morning if it’s that important to you I called back five minutes after hanging up some girl answered and said hello were close and hung up the phone around I called back a second time Jason answer the phone I asked why are you guys plan on the phone he stated that was one of my coworkers they were just playing around he sorry I said fine I was just calling back to get the name of your GM he gave me some fake name and a round 12:10 am someone’s knocking at my door as I was going to the door they were gone I look out the window and see the pizza guy driving off we were like oh really you’re gonna to come to our home after midnight disturbing us for a pizza you’re taking this a bit too far after I already inform you that it was too late to come to my house and I did not want another pizza just a refund it was Pizza Hut‘s fault that the pizza was incorrect not mine do your job quit hiring all those children that are on professional and customer service teach them first what to do in every situation I was ordering for children that I had at my house I do not eat junk food I have been calling the store all morning trying to get a decent manager on the phone there have been no one there but children that are...
Read moreOn many many occasions I have had multiple issues with this pizzahut location. Countless times I've ordered and had it delayed or completely messed up. Most of the time it arrives cold. On many occasions the manager will just apologize and offer a credit on the next order. Now I have always like pizzahut so I reluctantly accept and eventually order again. I probably order once or twice a month. On this last order on 02/25/2015 I ordered 4 orders of wings, was told it would be an hour. Hour passed I called, they said it's on way. 30 Mins later it finally arrived, guy hands me 4 cold boxes, I could tell they were cold by the fact not even the box was warm, but I paid with my card so it was already charged. Food was so damn cold it wasn't even room temperature. The wings looks dry with the tiniest amount of sauce sprinkle on parts and not on others. It was unacceptable. So I called and was told I was given another credit towards my next purchase, sure no problem. NOT! So I called tonight 02/27/2015 to order and was told I have no credit, I ask to speak to a manager and I get the rudest excuse for a manager I have ever spoke to. This "Area GM" was so rude and insulting he was basically accusing me of bullshitting. He went to saying I haven't ordered since October and I'm not in the system and basically told me tough luck about my shitty order. I will never order from this pizzahut again. Their managers are nice and care about fixing their mistakes, but this "Area GM" is a sorry excuse for a manager let alone an "Area Trainer" like he wanted to say over and over. Worst...
