Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Jersey Village

I went in at 7am, and it wasnt busy and the service was great. The chickfala closer to my home on 290 and spring cypress is awful, so when this opened up, I was so excited to try this location. The lady talking from the intercom was polite, my order was correct, and the lady at the window was very sweet and just over all great service and experience

Update: So since my last review, I have not received one correct order. Last week I asked for unsweet tea. I ended up with sweet tea and lemonade. So it was a huge shock when I took my first sip as I was leaving... Then today, I asked for a Number 1, (to me I feel like that means the Meal) and thr girl just says "ok " and was silent. So then I told her with an unsweet tea. Again all the said was "ok" So I waited. Then when I get to the front the lady hands me the bag and as she is doing this, she is coughing in her other hand. Then again, as I am leaving, I did not have the meal. I dont know why the employees did not confirm my meal ... I guess its also my fault for not checking...but almost every visit has been disappointing. This chickfala was my only hope because the chickfala by my house is awful. So I do not think I will continue...

I always try going here because it is close to our home... But have had two experiences where bereavement just didn't care about the customers needs or desires. One occasion, we ordered lemonade with our meals. Well apparently we got the bottom of the barrel lemonade because it was all pulp. After a few sips I had heartburn. I asked the female manager if they could make more since it was at the bottom anyway. She responded "no we can't". She then proceeded to tell me that I could have a fountain drink. I told her that I couldn't have soda because of an intolerance...she told me "well sorry". We left. Another occasion, we received hard dark, overcooked fries. I asked the manager is we could receive fries that were a little less done. The male manage said sure. They brought out fresh fries but they were still overcooked, greasy, and hard. I then told them that either the grease is old and needs to be changed or the temp is too high.... So this time they didn't replace our fries and just said "ok". So.... Maybe Mr. Thigpen needs to retrain his management staff at...

Place just opened. Already had first bad experience. Took forever at the line. Only received 2 sauces out of the 10+ that I ordered. I didn’t even receive the ketchup I ordered. At least I wasn’t charged for sauces. Good food, usual for chick fil a. Food is good, can’t eat without sauces. Traffic to ugly to turn around for just sauces. Disappointed.

Couldn’t add new review. So I lowered the rating for my first review. This chick fil a day time crew is great! Food is hot and fresh. Plus they add the sauces you ask for. Problem seems to be the night crew. Went tonight, buns on my sandwich were as hard as a rock. Chicken was warm. My shake.....well..... I might as well of just crushed some Oreos and poured milk in a cup and mixed it up. Nasty. This chick fil a is lowing the standards of the whole chain of restaurants.
