Freezy Frenzy Thai Ice Cream Roll — Restaurant in Jersey Village

if i could give it a zero star review I would. I just visited this place (Saturday, August 16, 2025 at around 9:40pm) If you’re not tipping the asian lady that makes the ice creams don’t even bother coming, you’ll get a terrible customer experience as a consequence. :) I paid 8 dollars for this ice cream and the lady that was making the ice cream rolls gave my husband 0 rolls, all crumbles. You’re coming in this place for the experience of eating ice cream rolls not crumbles, she did not care she gave us the ice cream that she clearly messed up. You have 4 options of toppings, I chose strawberries thinking I would have a decent amount of strawberries to eat considering you’re paying 8 dollars for an ice cream, the lady only served me 2 small slices of a strawberry, not even half of a strawberry. My husband asked for M&Ms as one of the toppings and literally only got THREE M&Ms, not even a scoop of m&ms. i’m beyond pissed, I just paid for an order of three ice creams (almost thirty dollars) to get 2 small slices of a strawberry and 3 m&ms…? RIDICULOUS My conclusion is: the lady does not get paid enough that she relies on tips (we did not tip and got terrible customer service...

I had been wanting to try this place since many years as I used to work very nearby and would often visit this complex during my lunch break. I guess this place recently opened back up. We had dinner at Adriatic cafe which is in the same complex and saw this place was open. We got the No. 4 and no. 7 which was the s’mores and coffee one. It was nice to see the icecream rolls being made in front of you. We later realized that we could also do make your own. I think a bit more proactive and warm inviting service will definitely have customers coming back. There was no hi hello or thank you. We ordered, got our icecream, ate and left. The decor has alot of post its and pictures so it was nice to read those and enjoy. All in all the items we ordered were good but it was nothing worth bringing us back for the second time. We were barely greeted by staff who clearly didn’t want to be there. When we mentioned that we were first-timers, no effort was made to explain anything, or even recommend flavors. As we watched them make our rolls, the guy took his time and made sure the ice cream was even. The girl rushed and the ice wasn’t fully blended.

I got the s’mores one, and it’s topped with 1 big (stale and dry) marshmallow, a pocky stick, and runny chocolate sauce. The graham cracker that was mixed in to the ice cream was the best part.

The other ice cream was the berry one, and it was mediocre at most. Because of the way it was mixed, it was hard to eat.

The entire place needs a major scrub cleaning. And please turn up the A/C, it’s summer in Houston.
