Northwest Village — Local services in Jersey Village

I love Whataburger, and the rewards are better than most other burger places. I don't come to this location often as it's a bit further from my home, but I stopped here close to midnight after a concert wanting a good burger as it was on the way home. I'm rating this because we waited close to 25 minutes before the line of cars even moved. I am used to the line of cars at this time of night, but not the long wait. I don't know if this is usual for this location, but close to an hour just to get a #1 combo and a Bob? I dont know why the vehicle at the order station had to wait so long, and then when they did, it took another 20 minutes before I finally left with my order. Hopefully, this was...

ALWAYS love this place as our families "Go-to" Chinese buffet. I'm disabled so they are always kind about that and give us a seat right near the buffet. They have MANY of the regular dishes PLUS! They have fried bananas and sugar dusted biscuits. They always have great food, just try to go right after lunch (1-2) or right after the dinner rush (after 6:30). Make sure you leave enough time to leisurely eat and not be rushed.

The wait staff is ALWAYS very attentive and take dirty plates away and refill drinks at a great speed.

My neighborhood WhatABurger! Always fresh. Always friendly, always clean. There is a manager here (I never catch her name), but she is awesome. She creates a healthy work environment, her staff is always happy on her shift. As a former GM in the hospitality industry, it always makes me happy to see management that jumps in when it gets busy instead of just barking orders.
