We’ve finally found our Seafood/Mexican place. On Friday nights, a very kind man sings and it’s beautiful - not obnoxious. He’s energetic and pleasant and takes enough breaks, so it’s not all music all the time. The food is really fresh. You won’t get (free) chips and salsa. We ordered the ceviche. It was nicely done and had a little kick. For entrees, I got a grilled shrimp (6) and fish (2) fillets. They had a good taste. Slightly overcooked. The rice was actually delicious—I took what I couldn’t eat home. A little greenery and tomato accompanied the plate. May mate got the fried fish — they ask you how fried you want it — a lot or a little. He wanted a lot. It was beautiful and had a good taste. The price is nice. My dish was $12. Probably around $35 for whole meal before tip. The place is clean. Cute decor. Spacious, where customers are not all on top of each other. Another room looked like it was for larger parties. Overall really well done use of space. Our waiter was on point and so attentive. He never forgot about us, checked on us without being too aggressive. The only complaint was we could see some wait staff eating and flirting by the bar — not sure if they were on a break or what. Definitely going back. Need to try the margaritas. Large $7.50,...

If I could give 0 starts I would. Firstly, the waitress was so rude and seemed super annoyed the entire time we were seated which okay whatever that’s her tip Secondly, the food was subpar and advertised differently than what you really get. We ordered the $22 sampler and it stated that it came with two flautas, two nachos, and two quesadillas plus a piece of fish. They literally took the smallest pieces of those things and cut them in half so it wasn’t even truly two pieces of everything plus it was burnt. Also ordered the $14 shrimp ceviche and it was really just chopped pieces of shrimp with diced tomatoes and half a piece of avocado on top.

You also have to pay a 4% fee if you are paying with card which is just another cash grab from the owners because they are cheap and don’t want to pay their own fees even after overcharging for everything else that’s not even worth the money 👍🏼

Overall this place...

Never have I ever had such a horrible experience at a restaurant honestly. Ordered the mojara frita and asked for fried garlic on top. I tasted it and sent it back, the fish was fried to a dry little crisp with no flavor, the garlic was raw, and the rice was disgusting. They still had the audacity to try to tell me it was a mojara that that’s what it’s supposed to be like. They took it back and apparently the owner received it and still decided to charge me for a fish I took one taste out of. And don’t get me started on how the chips and salsa here ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY LMAO. Bless our waiter tho he was so sweet and understanding, it’s a shame his boss the owner thinks it’s okay to charge him my food. He was telling me he was going to pay for it himself. Do better, you should be ashamed of doing that to your...
