Ive been an avid customer since like 2016? The quality is always above. Even when theyre having an off day its still better than yhe large chains. This is an off day unfortunately. The fettuccine i ordered is unfortunately all over the bag and the meatball penne I got however, these pizzas? Wow. Feels like a crime to even eat this. Kudos to whoever put these together. Literal art. Update - arrest me. Assuming I don't choke as I cant put this down - still the best Pizza ive ever wolfed down almost 10 years and counting 😬 if I could afford it, id be on my 600 lbs. Life and yall would have some serious advertising šŸ˜† Im a food snob and usually drop off after 3 strikes. Good to know yall have yet to disappoint me. Until I see the results of my gluttony in the mirror lol

Guess this will be my last time ordering from them after tonight. Sad since I've always loved their Mediterranean pizza. I ordered online and got an email saying my total is $48.17. I get to the store and now my total is $53.02 with no explanation. When I asked about it, she just said that's the total. When I explained my email says other wise, her response is this is the total and condescendingly says, you want to see the receipt? šŸ˜’ I told her no but they should fix this as customers wouldn't be happy. Her expression was she could care less. First time I didn't tip. Just lost my business.

Excellent customer service! Very accommodating and food was exceptional!! Definitely recommend for a family night, or going with a group of friends! Update: second time visiting! My daughter ordered a medium deluxe pizza and lemon pepper wings. I had two pizza pockets and lemon pepper wings. Our orders were fresh, steamy, and the cheese was oozing out utter deliciousness! The wings seemed a bit overly dry and thin. The skin was a dry crunch and a bit over seasoned. They were still pretty good but might not order them again.

I was raised in New Jersey and I know a good pizza when I taste it. I moved to Houston TX about 40 years ago. To this day, I still search for a place that can make a pizza reasonably, close to what you would expect from almost any ā€˜real Italian pizzeria’ in NE US.

In 40 years, I’ve only found two, (that's right, two!) and the one I bought from regularly, (and located nearest to me of the two), closed about 10 months ago! The family owned Italian restaurant ā€œNapoli’s Italian restaurantā€ closed after a very successful 45 years and the owner retired.

I don’t cook and I live alone. I pretty much eat one thing for supper every night; pizza. You can believe that or think I’m exaggerating, but it’s a fact nonetheless. Until recently, (and after Napoli’s closed), I ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut. It wasn’t even close to a ā€˜real pizza’ but I considered it a separate food style and taste.

Then last week, I tried Sicily Pizza & Pasta. I was extremely impressed with the crust, which truly is like the NE Pizza. The sauce is definitely a bright Italian sauce and the cheese was great.

I always have pepperoni and Italian sausage and as far as the quantities, always the standard amount. The crust style was ā€œHand tossedā€ and they cooked it perfectly!

The delivery was estimated 45 to 60 minutes but the driver was here in less than 30. I knew it was possible that I ordered on one of their ā€˜better than usual’ days.

However, when I ordered another pizza just like the first, 4 days later, I actually got exactly the same thing, Excellent! I’m located at the outer edge of their delivery area so I had no problem with a 60 minute delivery but the driver once again got here in less than 30.

BTW, I ordered a large pizza, (Sicily Pizza & Pasta has an Extra-Large size as well). As I said earlier, it was a 2-topping pizza and I didn’t ask for any ā€˜extra’ amount of any ingredients, but they do offer that option. Including tax, it came to $16.23 total. I always tip the driver $5.00 so I asked them to add that to the charges.

Sicily Pizza & Pasta only charges a much more reasonable $2.00 for the delivery. The delivery charge is for the extra labor, box, and condiments, which I can understand. However, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Marcos all charge no less than $3.

Therefore the breakdown is as follows: 2-topping, large pizza: $12.99 / Delivery charge: $2.00 / Tax: 8.25% ($1.24) = $16.23. Plus my $5.00 tip comes to $21.23.

That’s about $1.50 more than I paid Pizza Hut, but I got a far better, pizza from Sicily P&P. However, that’s over $5 less than Dominoes and almost $2 less than Marcos, (neither of which could even come close to the Sicily Quality)

Sicily P&P didn’t over-cook the crust so the pizza reheated perfectly, (preheated oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, then 6 minutes placed on a stone platter) and as is the case with most Italian food, the reheated version actually tastes even better than the first.

One thing, They cut their pizza into 12 slices as opposed to 8 and I forgot to ask them to just cut it into 8 slices if that option was available. At least they cut in in the traditional triangle shape. I asked Marcos to do that and they seemed to be stuck on cutting their pizza into squares, (which I really don’t like and fail to understand why they would do that as their ā€˜default cut’ in the first place).

I called them after I tried their pizza for the first time and let them know how happy I was with it. I also told the manager that I would be ordering from them exclusively, between 6 and 8 times every month from now on.

I strongly recommend Sicily Pizza & Pasta to anyone who wants to try a much better pizza than most restaurants down here could make. I should note that even though the Sicily Pizza & Pasta on Jones road delivers to my area, the on-line website informs me that they don’t.

Therefore I have to call them when I order. The manager said that they’ve been having some trouble with that on their web page and I guess they’re going to fix it...

To start - I spend around $500 a month feeding my employees almost daily with this place's food. I have a guy stop by periodically that brings me the latest menu and coupon books to my office. I mention the coupon I'd like to use over the phone and am informed that it's not valid anymore (I just received this book around a week ago with some of the pizzas that were delivered.) Apparently the contents of the "coupon" are reduced by 50% according to the rep. In essence it's not really a coupon anymore.. So I explain this to the woman, then decided it wasn't worth arguing about a coupon and was about to simply order something else when she cops a bad attitude with me about it. Poor attitude has no place in a customer service environment. I fed the attitude right back to her, hung up and this company lost my business for good right then. I recognized the voice as the same woman that always just seems miserable working there, always has a negative vibe to her that's turned me off a couple times in the past. I then receive a call back which I ignore and the friggin pizza place leaves me a voice mail preaching about how my mother didn't teach me manners.. with the most disrespectful & snide tone of voice I've ever heard from a customer service rep of any sort.. Who does that..? Leaving a rude voicemail after you've already pissed off a customer with your foul attitude? What is wrong with this woman and why is she doing customer service? Astounded by the lack of professionalism displayed there today. Will never order from here again. Half tempted to be nice & give 2 stars simply because the food is good and the kitchen has yet to fail me, but customer service is severely lacking. My constructive suggestion is to have somebody answer the phone that doesn't sound like they want to go home and swallow 12ga buck shot every day of their miserable life. If not for the rude voicemail I wouldn't even be leaving this review but that's just completely childish. Impulsive acts like that is how people lose their job. Was the...

Place an order through GrubHub TO BE DELIVERED between 6:15 - 7:05pm

Well, I’m sitting here 7:06pm and the order has still NOT ARRIVED!

Called the store at 6:21pm since there was no activity in the app about the delivery (a šŸš— will be shown moving towards your address), the girl said, ohh it’s on its way and will be delivered shortly.

I said, it’s supposed to be here between 6:15-6:25, and it hasn’t. She said, ok well it will be there shortly.

Called back again at 6:32pm, she answered the phone saying, ā€œyes??? What’s up? (I wanted to give her some Yankee attitude 😔), I said, ok so the order is still not here what’s up? She goes, hmmm well it should be there now, lemme call my driver…

Called again at 7:03pm šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø she said, what now? I said, well I’ve not received the order. To which she š˜š˜Ŗš˜µš˜¦š˜³š˜¢š˜š˜š˜ŗ š˜³š˜¦š˜±š˜š˜Ŗš˜¦š˜„ š˜£š˜¢š˜¤š˜¬ š˜µš˜° š˜®š˜¦ and asked, you’ve not received the delivery? I just stayed quiet, she said, what do you mean? I said, why do you think I’m calling for?

She said, well I can give you a tiramisu for free next time šŸ¤£šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

I said, Bruuuuuh, your CS skills suck! Your ability to resolve and engage your cxs suck! So no, I’m gonna pass...
