I have mixed feelings about this location. If you choose to visit them through the drive-thru then you’re golden. The service is typically always fast, fresh, & they aren’t afraid to give you more condiments unlike other fast food chains.. cough MCDONALDS cough. BUT if you choose to visit them as a dine-in service then I’m sad to say this location doesn’t enjoy customers in their lobby area. Especially anything after 6pm to close. Which is unfortunate bc they just remodeled their whole lobby with comfortable chairs, & beautiful flat screen TVs (which is barely ever turned on). Unfortunately, as I currently type this review, the manager has decided to LOCK ALL doors. It’s currently 7pm. There is NO legit reason other than them being lazy. A few people will walk up, & they straight up deny the customers of service, & tell them to use the drive-thru instead. If a customer complains, & ask why they decided to close the lobby then & only then will they finally allow the customer to order food on the inside. That just proves that they have no legitimate reason to have their lobby closed. That it’s just some lazy poor decision from the manager on duty. This location also just loves to close the whole restaurant early too. Usually 30-45 mins early as they do nothing on the inside, but play on their phones. So now after reading everything you probably understand my mixed feelings on this location. It’s easily fixable, but to do so would include them cleaning house by firing all lazy staff members & managers, but I truly don’t see that happening anytime soon. So enjoy w/caution! Read moreI've had good and bad experiences with this Wendys location. I made an app order where I requested lettuce on a bacon burger, and they removed the bun!! Instead of reading the order, they just assumed I was ordering keto (I triple checked my receipt to make sure I didn't accidentally mess it up). I had an order that had no ketchup no mustard, and they had both on it. These are no "over the speaker" drive-through orders, but actual "submitted online, READ THE REQUEST" orders. Very frustrating. WITH THAT IN MIND... I have to say they've improved over the past 6 months. My pickup orders are VERY fast (ready by the time I get to the window) and, again, over the past 6 months, I've not had a single mess-up. I don't know if I've just been lucky, or if they've improved since then, but I appreciate the effort and I'm most certainly a loyal customer. My kids and I have the meal deals all the time, and over-the-app ordering has made everything great. I'd say you got a 95% chance of them getting your order right, where as the Whataburger across the highway is CURRENTLY at about a 60% chance, at best. Read moreNever had a issue during the day here, but the night shift female that worked the drive thru and manager on 2/15/22 were unprofessional and very rude. I waited patiently for 15 minutes or so for a curbside order and decided to pull to the drive thru once the line was cleared out the drive thru female refused to acknowledge me even after I blew my horn, no cars were behind me at first, my order was sitting on the counter, she gives it to me fries were cold and old, burger barely warm I only requested fresh/warm fries she stated rudely she needed to get a manager, the manager comes and rants about curbside not being available because there were only two workers other than her and curbside wasn't available because of that and mentioned signs and asked did I see them I don't pull up to a restaurant looking for signs and if it was one saying no curbside it probably would of been a good idea to place it by the curbside parking spots, so customers wouldn't be sitting out there expecting someone to bring their food and it never happens and this seems to be common here by other reviews I read.
