This location and its staff/management are not close to worthy to that 3.9. Rude. Unknowledgeable. Unwelcoming. Unsanitary. Unprofessional. The management says it all. The female manager (big n tall) is not fit for front of the house business let alone management. I’m not going to take you seriously if you come up looking more unprofessional and juvenile than the teenagers do in the store. Tattoo sleeves are not to be seen if you’re in management. Period. When advised about the issues her staff was having, she defended the staff in their lack of customer service. When asked to replace my order with the correct item on the receipt that I had paid for, the “manager” remade my item, never washing her hands. When she gave it to me, I said no thanks and asked for a refund. She defended herself in saying she’d been washing dishes. Sorry sweetie, that is not the same as hand washing. Being in management one should know the cleanliness standard in the food industry. The icing on the cake for my visit, was when she handed me my card and receipt for my refund, she apologized for the issues. I didn’t have a reply for her. As I drove away the “manager” stuck her head out the drive thru and yelled, “DON’T EVER COME BACK AGAIN”. No worries, I have zero qualms giving my money to local shops like Cafe Euro. Tighten up DD. I have nothing but good things to say, only one time wrap toasted to long but still eatable. Everyone working at this location is nice, if you treat people nice you get treated nice. People who complain about them go elsewhere, you one less person in line holding it up with your nonsense. You people that want things for free go stand on corner and beg, leave these employees alone. Never change, I answer complaints for Starbucks and same darn BS you people say these things while on phone saying bad things about the coffee or food, but you can't talk because you cramming your mouths while sitting in parking lot. Monday ordered 2 hot cappuccinos got one iced & one hot Tuesday ordered carmel machiatto and carmel frozen received a carmel latte Wednesday ordered same as Tuesday and recieved correct order Thursday did not order Friday had to order large when i wanted medium drinks because they had no medium cold cups and threw almost half away Saturday ordered a medium and small cappuccinos, a small pumpkin spice latte received the small cappuccino in minutes, ten minutes later received 2nd cappuccino iced not hot mind you I counted 6 cars waited on two customers in store that entered after me ordered and left. Tha manager when I asked for a refund starting making excuses and then was sarcastic towards my wife at which time I had enough. I told the manager my wife did not say a damn thing to her.
