Hardee's — Restaurant in Jesup

I have been there for breakfast three or four times in last two months. Chicken taste like it was cooked in old grease. The biscuits were hard and you better have something to drink with it. But the sweet and unsweetened tea taste like some kind of cleaner. Went to try them just before 3 p.m.today, get home and order is wrong. The tea tasted fine, I guess the cleaner has had enough time to rinse off. Staff is friendly but too many problems. Tired of buying my dogs breakfast and lunch. Don't blame this on covid, it is incompetence and maybe an absent owner. I think he owns another fast food place here and I stopped going there three or four months ago because of quality going down. Guess I am done here also.

November 09, 2022 about 7p.m. ..... Made the mistake of trying this trash dumpster of a restaurant again. I knew as I pulled into drive thru, DON'T go here!! I just finished a 13 1/2 hour shift and was wanting to go home and enjoy a meal and get a shower. Guess what?!? Messed up my order AGAIN !! I DON'T want CHEESE on my burger!! Smothered in cheese. Into the trash goes another meal from here. No supper tonight!! Nope I really will not eat this. Is screwing up orders a requirement to be able to work here?? I think the guy that took my order was possibly the manager.....does not matter. You have to do better....but I give up! What a waste of money! Still hungry but no going back from Odum . Should have been what I asked for NOT whatever you want me to have. Since reopening every chance I give them has been a horrible experience!!!! Thanks for nothing...

ATTENTION: TREY WIGGINS I came in hardees with my two little daughters to get something to eat and we didn’t know what we wanted at first so we stood to the side to check out the menu. As we proceeded to view the menu, we couldn’t help but hear someone in the kitchen saying VERY inappropriate things related to sex and having sex with men and she was discussing private parts and it’s was extremely uncomfortable for me as a mother to hear especially in front of my daughters who have never been around such language. She continued to have the same conversation very loud and i discreetly asked one of the employees her name and position and to my surprise she was the GENERAL MANAGER and her name is Sonya Carr. I never experienced anything like this and my kids should not have to hear things like that at a restaurant. This is extremely unprofessional and she not be tolerated but any employees let alone the general manager. I will never be coming back to this hardees in jesup on 1st street and I will be...

We stood at the counter for several minutes before someone came to take our order. During this several employees saw us but didnt even acknowledge out presence. There were no other customers at the counter so it wasnt like they were busy. I never like to speak of ones appearance but the employee that took our order looked strung out on something and not someone I'd put on my front counter. She failed to honor a buy one get one breakfast biscuit offer and the store was completely out of gravy so you couldnt order the biscuit and gravy or a platter. She said the gravy was being delivered on the truck and would be there any minute. Wth. Another employee was behind the counter slinging open bags like she was fanning a fire. The chicken on my biscuit was very tough and all the biscuits my family had were so greasy we had to wipe them off with paper napkins before we ate.An overall...
