If I could give zero stars then I would. I had placed a mobile order in hopes that I could quickly drive through and pick up since I was heading out to my plans for the day. I got there and one lady handed me a drink and then sent me on my way. Note, I had about 5 things in my order so I waited for the rest. The lady left for about 5-6 minutes and then came back to the window and asked “did you need something?” Yes? The rest of my order? She asked me for my name and then proceeded to tell me that they did not have my mobile order because someone else came through and took it. This baffled me, as I had placed the order not even 10 minutes prior. One of the other ladies then asked what drink I had in my car. I picked up the drink and looked at the label. It wasn’t even the right drink or the right name. She then asked me why I had taken it if it wasn’t mine and I told her I took it because it was handed to me and I thought it was my drink. Both ladies then accused me of already coming through and taking my order. I told them so many times that I had just gotten there and they proceeded to check the cameras and continuously accuse me of lying and trying to get free food. 10 minutes pass and I’m still waiting there. They would not believe anything I said and still refused to remake my order after I showed them my online receipt. They went as far as getting their manager involved. After probably 15 minutes had passed, I lost my patience and asked for a refund to which they said was “not possible.” At this point I was running terribly late for my plans and I just wanted them to either remake my order or to give me a refund. Well 20-25 minutes pass and I finally get them to remake my order. This wasn’t the first time they’ve messed up my online order, but it was definitely the last time they do because I’ll never be going back. Horrible customer service. Maybe check the persons phone before handing out online orders to make sure they’re getting the correct thing. Read moreI've been coming here for a while now, and the ladies recognize me and greet me every time with awesome customer service. The only time my latte may not be right is when those two ladies aren't there, which is not often. I'm always happy or happier leaving here. Thank you, ladies! You know who you are! A Feb. 18th, 2024 updated review. I have said previously that the ladies during the week are awesome, and they never disappoint. Today, my 5* changed from a 5* to 3* because the young lady at the window decided she wanted to play with the customers dog 🐕 and feed it something, and the dog licked her fingers. Very unsanitary. I'm generous with the 3*. The young lady did not give me a receipt. My time stamp is 7:55a.m, She is a caucasian woman. The time I was there seeing this. I was on the phone. Otherwise, I would have taken a picture. I do not cause a fuss, but I will report things like this. It is not justifiable. I took my food because it was a mobile order already...

Person at the counter had quite an attitude; apparently serving customers wasn't a priority. Had to repeat my order 3x. Even my 5 year old grandson asked "why is she so mad?". Got my order and sat down to a dirty table. Found a roach crawling around the pile of crumbs at my feet. Grabbed a few napkins and extinguished the unwelcome guest. A dad at the table next to us applauded and said "I was hoping that roach wasn't going to make its way to our table!" Got up, went to the "mad" worker and asked for the Mgr. Had to ask 3x!! Mgr came and I explained what I had in the napkins. She never apologized. Never sent anyone to clean up the table (they were NOT busy). Just took the wadded up paper and walked away.
