Work next door to this location and really want it to succeed. The store, however, is terribly mismanaged and understaffed. Originally chalked it up to grand opening learnings, however the issues are too consistent now. Rarely, if ever, do they meet times for pickup of mobile orders, but they often are overwhelmed at lunch time for in store patrons as well. Most recent visit was 5/22 - placed a Mobile order for pickup at 12:30. I showed up at around 12:35 to find my order not ready. There were two other people waiting for their mobile order as well as a lengthy walk up line. One mobile order was eventually completed by around 12:45. The other waiting patron left. I continued to wait, but noticed that the two young ladies (who were working their butts off) were simply taking orders from patrons that had walked in long after I arrived. At around 12.55 I could no longer wait. I left as well. I attempted to reach out to request a refund. However, all I could easily find was a “chat” to lodge a complaint. It’s been a day and a half with no response. It’s unfortunate as I love their food, but I will continue to frequent the Publix next door, as I’ve done for 10+ years. From the second me and my mother and baby walked through those doors he was the rudest person we have ever encountered. I’ll leave it here. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Read moreI’ve been here 3 times, and I rarely eat subs but I think Jersey Mikes has the best subs (my opinion). Each time my service and sandwiches has been phenomenal, but today Kenzie made my sandwich and checked me out. This young ladies customer service is on another level and needs to be the standard for today’s generation. She has great energy, a bomb attitude and she made my sandwich with so much excitement and positivity. Her Manager/Store owner needs to recognize her greatness and do all they can to keep her.
