I have been going to this location for 20 years. At times customer service and food has been great. At other times I have refused to use the drive thru because my order was always wrong. As of today, 8/11/19 I will again avoid this place for a while. My order inside was fine, but there were no napkins or dispensers, I had to ask for my drink cup, and no ice in the machines. Somehow whatever drink I want in the Freestyle machine is out of service. 2 people who ordered after me received their food before I did, and I could see my Big Mac sitting there, ready to go onto my tray. But the worst part was the floor show. A small boy with Downs Syndrome was happy when someone finally turned off the exit alarm in the play area. The noise had been very irritating for over 10 minutes. He raced into the play area and was told it was closed for cleaning. Then a man cane in from the drive thru waiting area. He had been waiting for his order for a while, and saw his order given to another car. He came in to ask what was taking so long, and an argument ensued between the boy who gave the order to the wrong car and the woman who had told him to give the order to the correct car. No one apologized to the customer for the delay, no promise was made to get his order to him quickly, no refund offer was made. This poor man wanted an apology. After several minutes he asked again for his order. Someone told him that they needed his receipt! He went to his car and retrieved the receipt. After another 5 minutes he asked for a refund (by now he had been waiting over 20 minutes) and the woman REFUSED, saying the order was ready. This entire episode was wrong on so many levels. I was appalled just to be watching it happen. Not going back until I think some positive changes...
Read moreThis was my third visit to this place, and I preferred it because of the play place. During this visit, I ordered three times for the food to be brought to our table. However, the first dish wasn’t brought to us until I went to get it myself. The second dish didn’t seem like it would be brought either, so I picked it up from the counter, and fortunately, the third order was brought to us. It’s something that should be expected, but it makes me say “fortunately.”
One of the reasons I placed a mobile order from the table was because when I went to the counter to order in person, no one asked if I needed help for over a minute.
We spent some time with the kids at the play place, and just as we were about to leave, a young woman who hadn’t even eaten anything entered through the front door, opened the emergency exit of the play place, and left. The alarm went off, and she panicked and quickly exited through the front door again. A few seconds later, one of the McDonald's staff came over to us and angrily asked why we opened the emergency door. I told her it wasn’t us but the woman who just left, yet she kept blaming us, asking if we hadn’t seen the sign saying it was for emergencies only. I was upset, so I explained it again to the staff, and only then did she shout at the woman who had already gone far away, repeating the same words.
The table service was terrible, and being blamed for opening the emergency door was absurd. Is there another place we can go...
Read moreThis place is a complete dump run by people who don't care. I would give it 0 stars if the app would let me! Hit the drive thru on the 4th and waited in line for over 30 mins for food. The manager on duty at the time was very disrespectful to several different cars in line, leaning out the window yelling at someone to get out of HIS drive thru line because they were complaining of the wait. First off, it's not YOUR drive thru, SIR! Get that straight right away! Received food and the burger's were inedible because they were raw and the fries had sat so long they were hard as rocks. This by far was the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's I've had in my life. I will NEVER stop at this location again. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION, DRIVE TO ANOTHER ONE IF YOU WANT MCDONALD'S!! Do not waste your money here!
**You need to think about retraining your staff to teach them how to be courteous to the people who are paying customers! That's MY drive thru and every other customer's that sat there and waited!!! We're buying the food!!
**After reading all of the bad reviews for this location, I'm calling for it to be completely SHUT DOWN! Pictures of nastiness, raw burgers (same as what happened to me) and a poor staff that wouldn't know customer service if it bit them on the a$$!
