Keva Juice — Restaurant in Johnson City

I had never been to this place and a cursory look at the reviews suggested it was good and affordable. So I chose this place over Java Juice. I ended up not ordering. These are not healthy smoothies as they have ice cream in them. This place is for those who want to sip dessert, not replace a meal with a healthy option. I didn’t see any assortment of fresh ingredients anywhere. I asked the person if they had dairy free milk and she pointed me to their dairy free board. Nothing sounded appealing in that section as I wanted a green smoothie, so she suggested something else that had had sherbet in it, claiming it “only had a little bit of dairy in it”. It also appeared that their only green juices/smoothies had wheatgrass. I have a gluten and a dairy allergy so “a little bit” will lay me out for days or longer. I ended up just leaving. It’s not worth it to get sick in a smoothie that I didn’t even think sounded appetizing and wasn’t even healthy. I prefer Earthfare but they never have their counter open and Java Juice is more expensive. On 04/04/19 my friend and I went around 12 in the afternoon. When I approached the counter I told one of the employees I had a rewards card with them, with confusion on her face she asked me again, I then repeated the same thing back to her. Then another employee abruptly interrupted us in the middle of our conversation and went "Is it a card? Who told you? Or where did you see that is what I'm trying to ask" while waving her hands everywhere in frustration. This employee was BEYOND rude, she had an attitude and you could clearly hear the anger and frustration out of a simple question. I've been to Keva Juice before but I promise you that was the LAST TIME. I've never been treated with so much disrespect anywhere before and I've lived all over the United States. Nobody should be treating customers that way, it's disgusting and unacceptable.

Everything Time I come to Keva juice, there's a guy that makes my smoothie he never feels my drink up you pay 7.25 for a smoothie 32 oz I would atleast expect it to e full but he doesn't. I really love keva juice but not going to waste my time or money for a half full smoothie an the next time I go there and If hes making the smoothies I'm going to just leave.
