Came in this evening and ordered a family pork pack which comes with beans and slaw and I ordered an extra pint of macaroni and cheese. Once I got home I realized there's no barbecue in the bag so I called the restaurant back and let the young man know that there was no barbecue in the bag and to do better because most of the time people want barbecue sauce with their pork. He asked me to come back to the restaurant and he would give me barbecue sauce at which point I declined because I live across town. I started to plate my kids food, when I got the macaroni out it was literally the consistency of water it was pouring out the spoon and look like soup. At this point I'm frustrated so I go back to the restaurant just to show them what somebody had the audacity to give me. Now I have ate this macaroni and cheese before, I know it's not macaroni and cheese soup. Wheb arriving at the restaurant I spoke to the young cashier guy and gave him the macaroni and cheese, he turns to the Cook and shows him the macaroni and cheese at which point the cook says I can't help it all our macaroni and cheese looks like that. Once again I've ate this macaroni and cheese before so I know better. I asked who the manager was that's working and the cashier told me there is no manager there. Well I have managed restaurants before and if there's not a manager there someone's in charge but whoever was in charge obviously didn't either want to come out and speak to me or the cashier didn't want to get them. I understand that mistakes happen but calling soup macaroni and cheese is ridiculous. And anyone that's ever cooked in the kitchen knows that if macaroni and cheese is the consistency of water all you have to do is cook more macaroni to add to the cheese to thicken it up. Or there are other ways. But my biggest issue is why the cashier told me the owner left several hours ago and there was not a manager there on site. I think he said her name was Breonna not sure but he said she had left...
Read moreI've seen a few good reviews so I guess everyone decided to do a horrible job when I came because my experience was aweful to say the least. For starters, the "baked fries" are crinkle fries from a bag that you can get at any grocery store. The pulled beef tastes EXACTLY like a Slim Jim, which is NOT a complement. Then in my order I found a sharp bone in my pulled pork (I found it with my tongue as it stabbed me) and a HAIR in my fries. And my friend found the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in food in the Slim Jim tasting beef... it was an ARTERY that was about four inches long with branches of veins dangling off it. I almost threw up. So needless to say, after eating about five fries and two small bites of my sandwich (that's when I found the bone and hair), I brought my tray back up to the counter and told them what we found in our food and that I couldn't eat another bite. Instead of saying "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Would you like to try something different or do you just want a refund?" what the girl actually said (with an attitude) was "Ok, so you don't want your money back?" I was like "Uh, YES I want my money back...!" Like who would NOT want a refund?! So she goes to hand me $8 plus change when my meal was $10 plus change and when I told her that it was over $10 she goes "Was there something wrong with your drink?" and refused to give me a full refund which is what any respectable establishment would immediately do. What I really wanted to say was "No there was nothing wrong with the drink, but there's something wrong with your attitude!" I cannot believe that they are still in business. I will NEVER go back there and I will actively tell others about our horrible and...
Read moreMy boss and I drove 20min to get carry out from here. Got back to the office and no bbq sauce for sandwich nor butter/sour cream for their amazing twice baked potatoes. Put a damper on our lunch. Called them to notify and asked politely if they would replace our lunch later in the week. The owner got on the phone and said he would do half price. I respectfully declined and he said Ma’am Ma’am did you NOT see the sign on the door to check your to go order ( didn’t know I was an employee/customer). He then proceeded to belittle me and said you sound like a nice Christian lady and I said Sir, I’m sorry what does religion have to do with this and he said well I put it in there and you being Christian wouldn’t want to rip us off. Beware Red Pig customers you have to be a Christian to eat there!!!! Firehouse here we come
