The store is ok I suppose but they only tell you what they need to to make a sale! I spent more on a bed than most do on a car and it has been terrible! Got a split king which has a literal huge gap as you sleep and it widens regularly, was told you won’t even notice by the store! We sleep with a wedge between us and a strap left to right to hold the bed together, very uncomfortable. Then the left side of the bed stopped inflating and deflating, after tons of troubleshooting over the phone with people that weren’t exactly sure what they were doing, they ordered a new mattress and sent a team to my house to install it. Four weeks later the team shows up and tells me they do not know anything about sleep number beds and are not sure how to install it. I end up basically doing it with them and get it taken care of. Awesome…… the bed is gonna be back to normal right? Not for long……Now we are another year later the foot heater on both the left and the right side have now both stopped working and are not covered under the warranty. To have it fixed, it’s over $600 and they’re not even sure that will fix it. The latest problem is that if you adjust the right side of the bed at all, it causes an error 3130 and the entire bed has to be reset, unplugged and recalibrated before you can move anything again. It is literally every single time you move the right side of the bed. The last week the right side of the bed won’t even move at all, so I gave up. We have called and talked to sleep number on numerous occasions where they have no desire to assist in any way.. I am an amazing customer to have as a fan and I’m a super loud critic when you have a terrible product! Read moreI went to this store, fully expecting to be pressured to purchase. I also went in my workclothes, also expecting to be treated as though I did not belong. Nothing could have been further from the truth of my actual experience. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young man, Sam. He gave me the star treatment, and later, when I returned with my husband, he went above and beyond to help us. My husband has been diagnosed with a rare lung disease and he sleeps much better and breathes much better with his head elevated. He also has some fairly serious back issues. After Sam found his sleep number setting, he made my husband comfortable in an adjustable base bed. It was the first time in a very long time that my husband was able to lay in any position longer than a few minutes without pain. We purchased an I8 split king bed with a flexfit 3 adjustable base. We are looking forward to it being delivered soon. I would highly recommend this store to anyone considering the purchase of a bed, especially for any health related issues. Much time was afforded me by the professional assisting me in the decision making process. I thoroughly appreciated her knowledge and expertise. My one and only complaint, thus the reason for the deduction of one star, is the delivery time was excessive-September 15, 2020. I purchased this bed out of necessity and the length required to receive it was too much of a delay. Entirely too much. I called the manager at the store the bed was purchased; and she called the company on my behalf to try to get a more timely delivery, but it did not happen. The main company needs to do much better with deliveries in a quicker manner. I found it a bit calloused by the company.
